Cyn Gym CrossFit

This is by far the best gym I have ever gone to! Everyone is very friendly, encouraging, and welcoming. It is a close knit group and you feel like you are part of this wonderful gym family. My two boys and I joined CynGym about a year and half ago. At that time my boys were 12 and 14. It has been amazing to see how much they have progressed and have fallen in love with CrossFit. As a mom it have been an incredible experience to do side by side with my boys. It doesn't matter what level of fitness you are at. The workouts are universally scalable to all levels and abilities. There is no such thing as being to young or too old. Everyone progresses at their own pace. I love the feeling of being in competition with myself and my own abilities and pushing myself to the next level when I'm ready. I love how Cynthia and the other trainers really help you focus on form to prevent injury. Other gyms I have gone to pushed me to lift heavier when I wasn't ready which resulted in injury. I love this gym and love how I feel after every workout!

Cyngym is hands down the best gym! I’ve always enjoyed a good workout but didn’t know what to expect joining a CrossFit gym, I’ve been a member here for about a year now and I don’t regret it one bit. All the coaches are awesome and every person I’ve met here is the best! Workouts are challenging but the coaches will be quick to correct your form to avoid any injury. They push you to do your best and has helped me to overall live a healthier life, be more clear minded, and set more goals. Still learning and still got more to go! Love every minute at Cyngym.

I’ve been with CynGym approximately 8 year. I can honestly say it’s changed my life for the better. I am 8 years older and I’m stronger and feel healthier than the day I walked into Cyngym. Coach Cyn does an amazing job programming her workouts. Her workouts are tailored for all skill levels. Aside from all the great workouts, Cyngym is a great family environment and fun place to workout. If you’re looking for a gym to get fit or to take your training to an elite level this is the place. The sky is the limit, Cyn and all of her great coaches will definitely push you to the next level.

I have to say I have been so blessed to have found a home in CynGym Crossfit for the past 3 years. For years my husband and I had been looking for ways to get motivated and get fit...we tried the personal trainers, boot camp, and gym memberships but we would always lose steam after a few months. After a recommendation from a friend to try out CynGym, we immediately got hooked. CrossFit can be intimidating to many but the team of amazing coaches here made our introduction into that world so seamless by easing us in and working with us so patiently as we learn the world of squat snatches, deadlifts, wall walks and the dreaded thrusters. Three years later, I still feel that steam, that motivation, to sign up for each class and look forward to working out with other amazing athletes, regardless of their level. After having 3 kids, I never thought I would feel as confident, strong and empowered as I do after each class. However, it is only because we put in the hard work, time and genuine effort that we get to where we want to be and we know we still have so much to learn and so many more PRs to achieve. There's no better place I would recommend than CynGym to start and continue this journey!

Words are insufficient to describe how wonderful this gym and community are. *will you be supported? Yes. Regardless if you are a world class athlete or this is your first time at the gym, the coaches will modify and teach you so that you are comfortable *will you be pushed? Yes. Each days workout created by the owner Cynthia is designed to challenge you and help you reach your fitness goals *what is the atmosphere like? A supportive family. So many people that are in the classes with me have become friends and have helped me reach my goals. It is not a threatening or "bro" atmosphere. If you are looking to grow and become more fit, you cannot find a better gym than this
