Cynthia Curtis Pottery is close to the Paper House, wooded trails and quarries in Pigeon Cove. Cynthia’s popular ocean-inspired creations include coral vases, undersea lamps, berry bowls, lobster and starfish ornaments, scallop and clamshells, mugs, and wedding platters.
Students create stoneware functional dishes on the pottery wheels in addition to crafting unique hand-built sculptural art pieces (pinch pots, coil pots, slab pieces, sculpture) in a relaxed environment.
Cynthia's work may be found on Rocky Neck in Gloucester, Bearskin Neck in Rockport, both destinations named by the Mass Cultural Council and at galleries and shops on Cape Ann. Come see what all the fun is about!
