When entering the hotel, the security personal was polite and kind. Front desk clerks was as well. The room however was. Major disappointment.  It had fresh bedding and linens but the room was not cleaned properly.  There was Popsicles in our fridge, a used bar of soap in our shower and mold on the walls. Was very disgusted and will never stay here again. The casino was descent. They did have people continuously going around wiping machines until they started getting busier.

Rooms and bathroom are spacious but there are No grab bars in walkin shower.  The casino is Not smoke free.  It is very uncomfortable for non smokers and the smell gets in your hair and clothes.  Having such limited eating choices is a problem especially when the "breakfast" that is offered in a go container contains a biscuit dated 3/22. Staff was friendly and helpful.  But we will probably not be back.

I'm not much of a gambler,  but I couldn't enjoy being in the casino because of the smokers and lack ventilation. Additionally, the food service is extremely slow at the fast cafe the cost $15.  However, every staff member my family and I encountered was nice.

Basic stay is exactly what you need sometimes. Great size rooms! Enjoyed my time and the atmosphere. Love the perks, prizes and loud machines. Loved to meet all the travelers. Security present and friendly. Don’t leave until you taste the Crawfish Bisque.

Great experience. Definitely need to work on the service of getting drinks while playing at the machines. Usually have to waiting to long for a person to come around to see if you would like a drink.

Fun, and friendly.  Good variety of slots and good betting limits.  Vegas style slots! Self serve sodas and coffee.  Waitresses come around often!

Fun but I didn't win but lost my money very quickly which is the goal of casinos so its definitely worth it if you like having a good time and actually have the money to blow lol

Very great Casino! Best Place To Play If You Want To Win! Charles   Rooms: Rooms Nice and Clean   Safety: Great Service And Security.  Food & drinks: Very Good Food Cajun Style.

So hard to win. Then I go to get a card and no one was in line and the elderly light skinned AA clerk was telling me I'm supposed to go on the other side because that's where the line starts. NO ONE ELSE WAS IN THE LINE!

My fiancée and I spent two nights here and enjoyed our stay. The casino was fantastic with attentive and friendly servers. Our room was clean and comfortable. Food options were limited but still overall decent. I would easily recommend this casino hotel for a quick getaway!Rooms: 5/5
