CYPRESS GARDENS FLOWER SHOP saved the day for us when another florist made a too large and too heavy pomander/flower ball for the flower girl. I called them 3 hours before the wedding ceremony and they were very friendly and helpful and made a beautiful new pomander within one hour! Thank you LYDIA! I only wish that other businesses in Miami followed the same standard of outstanding customer service that this long standing flower shop provides to all their customers.

If you are in search of purchasing a beautiful arrangement for your significant other, this is the place to go! They’ve been doing this for quite some time now and they’re effective at what they do. Their customer service is top tier. So with that being noted, if you want to wow your lady visit Cypress Gardens!
I called and asked if they could prepare a floral arrangement to pickup within an hour or so because I wanted to surprise someone with flowers. They made it happen! It was beautiful and well made. I appreciated it so much.
I ordered a sunflower arrangement for my friend on ubereats. Not only did they reach out to make sure the message on the card was correct but they did an amazing job making the arrangement. My friend was very happy with the flowers. I would highly recommend them!
Gregory and the team at Cypress Gardens are angels. A different florist dropped the ball for bereavement services. The bad florist left me in the lurch with only 2 1/2 hours to find a good florist who would come through. Cypress Gardens is the good florist – the best ! Gregory took it upon himself to make sure the deadline was met; the arrangement was stunning. I could not believe that I found him, and that he and Cypress came through for me and the family of the deceased with absolutely no notice and absolutely no obligation to me whatsoever. It was way over and above and the arrangement was a huge success, and meant so much to the family of the deceased. Thank you and team Cypress. You are the best, and will always be my florist in the future.
