Top Quality. I've tried a lot of laundry delivery over the years and this is by far the best. It's personal, convenient, affordable and they clean to perfection never lost or damaged an item. Jason is a living legend.
I used to love this laundromat. It used to be the washes were thorough and the people that ran it did a great job to wash fabrics properly to prevent damage. Sadly, I cannot say the same. The quality since late last year 2022 has gone way down hill. I gave a graphic tee with silver applique to them to wash one that I've had for years and looked great and it came back with the design cracked and faded. After ONE wash. Simple items like undershirts are not cleaned thoroughly. You can still see deodorant stains by the underarm area. After a wash. It didn't used to be like this. A few months ago I dropped off some items to have washed, then picked up the load and dropped it at home before I had to go out of town. I come back from my trip, open up the laundromat bag, to find my dress ripped up by the collar like it was caught in a machine. Mind you, it was folded up in the bag. So someone obviously saw the damage was done and didn't go so far as to even let me know out of basic decency. I'm not sure what's going on there as of recent, but I cannot trust them anymore. I will be finding a new laundromat to go to!
My first & best NYC laundromat This place is so lovely, been going for the last two years and I'm moving soon and genuinely so sad to be leaving! Everyone who works here is so friendly and remembers me each time. They always put a smile on my face and I've never had ANY issues with my laundry here other places lose certain items, give me other peoples' clothes, i'll find random socks/etc. that aren't mine in my folded laundry but I've NEVER had those issues here. Truly a gem in NYC and for anyone looking for a trustworthy & reliable laundromat in the Bushwick/Ridgewood areas, this is it!! <3
They were my go-to for laundry pick-up and delivery for years until I moved out of Bushwick. Now I miss them! No one else is as good. Excellent service, reasonably priced, and they care about their customers. Cypress is the best!
Been doing wash and fold here for years. Nothing compares to the quality, price, speed and people. They always take good care of all of my complicated needs cold wash, separate colors and categories, hang dry, bleach some whites but not all, dry clean, etc… and have never made a single mistake. They’ve even helped me carry my clothes home a couple times in the rain when I had a large load. They’re passionate about their business and they show their gratitude to their customers with consistent kindness, a clean shop and fair rates. On top, they’re thoughtful on a personal level. Don’t forget to tip well if they do your wash and fold, they deserve it.

Absolutely the best laundromat! The owners are so kind and helpful, I drop off and they always offer to help and even gave me a little treat for the holidays, like what?!? Such a sweet gesture - they are truly the best, clothes is always clean, neatly folded and smell great!
There was so much space in the dryer but they told me I can't put any more in. They told me to put it in the other dryer, which would result in me spending more money. This is never an issue at ocean laundry. I've been here twice and the first time was a strange experience as well. They couldn't understand my question and then the customers were just staring at me and giving me looks for no reason. The laundromat is also just really small and nowhere for you to wait comfortably if you decide not to go back to your place. Ocean laundry is way better as far as everything is concerned. Won't go here again
This is long overdue. I've been dropping off my laundry here for a few years now. Never had any issues here. I had tried several other laundromats in the area and they always ended up damaging my clothes or mixing other customers items with mine and weren't even apologetic about it. This laundromat is a really great place run by kind, genuine, hard working people. I highly recommend them.
Wow !! Truly the BRST service I have ever received from doing laundry. I am visiting my family here in NY from VA and all I can say, is if you want true, honest, and great laundry service, you gotta go to Cypress Laundromat !!! I am considering moving here after this !! Lol
