My wife was a patient here nearly a year ago. As far as care goes, they were excellent. The care team was warm and friendly. I take two stars away because their billing department really screwed up the process with insurance. I mean royally. This left us with a $6000+ bill to pay that insurance said would have been covered had the billing been done right. I was on a three-way call when my insurance company called them and whoever was on the phone even got nasty with my insurance company. So, for care, I highly recommend but you may want to steer clear because they may mess your billing up too.
I have been fortunate to be associated with this Campus as Medical Director for the past few months. What a great place to be! The staff genuinely cares about the residents and the facility is top notch! The legacy building is a great feature for their memory care patients as it is a complete free standing building, not just a wing, so patients have a wonderful and safe home environment to reside in.
Cyprus Pointe is amazing and what makes it so? The staff!! Everyone that has helped our daughter has made this the best possible choice for her care and improvement. From Jessica during admission, to Amy in the business office, and especially the team at 300. Any time we are concerned or have questions, we can talk to Melena and Tosha and they take the time to make sure our daughter is taken care of and happy. Thank you everyone - what a team!!
I recently contacted Cypress to di a transfer from another facility. They informed me this week that they had an opening but, all of sudden it was a problem thar I had 2 appointments that were medical I had to attend due to my emergency surgery. Now prior to this opening they stated to me that they could accommodate me witmy appointments with no problem. They stated to me 2 days ago that they had to send my information to corporate to get an okay about my outside doctor appointments. Very disappointed in the admission department about being honest. I had my hopes up on being transferred to a positive facility. Very disappointed in the admission department.
I have worked here for over 7 years and absolutely love the campus! They say you don’t work a day in your life when you love what you do. This is a great place if you’re looking for growth opportunities and a friendly environment with a great team! This is also one the best places if you’re looking for Senior Living for a loved one!
Wonderful and welcoming place to work for nurses. I love working here because there is always room for growth and room to learn for my team and myself For living it’s a beautiful campus with tons of amenities and warm friendly staff. If your in doubt, I would recommend setting up a tour and stopping out.
Very disappointed with the care our loved one received at the Legacy Campus of Cypress Pointe in Englewood, Ohio. If you are looking for a truly caring and professional facility for a loved one suffering from dementia and / or Alzheimers, look elsewhere. Expensive facility that doesn't follow through with their committment to care.
The worse kitchen job experience I have ever had. Very rude. Managers allowed bullying. There was nobody to go to if there was a problem.
We have had a family member here for a year. The inside is always clean, set up similar as someones living area, staff are wonderful in handling residents and treating them with respect.
Have my mother in Cypress Point and am very disappointed in her care ! She uses a bedside commode that is changed maybe every other day very unsanitary , bed is not changed regularly. I am very disappointed in this facility!
