Cypress Strand Mobile Home Park

Lot rent was raised from $480 a month to $595 and I was not notified that I was $5 short till 5 months later and now I had to pay a extra $280 on top of the $595 lot rent. I called the the office more than once prior to the lot rent being raised to get all the information I needed to make sure something like this would not happen and was told I will receive a call back and never did so I had to ask my neighbor where the main office was located after receiving the notification about me being $5 short on my lot rent for the last 5 months. I did receive the notice prior about lot rent being raised to $595 and I was $5 short due to a misunderstanding when the lot rent was not raised on the date given. That was not the problem the problem was not receiving a notice in a timely manner. 5 months later and $280 is not a timely matter. I also asked for the information of the owners and was told that they will NOT give me that information.

This park has come a long way in the ten years I've lived here. Homes are looking more beautiful everyday. This park is looking 100 times better than it did when I first moved here. Keep up the great work.

Do someone know the number for the park or the place of management.

Decent for a Florida mobile home park.

The workers do have ass jobs and alot of the residents are rude and inconsiderate. They say they have a rule book but only certain people are expected to follow the rules. It would be better if the workers actually cared about their job. I've lived here for almost 2years and yeah the park may be fuller but its still a trailer park.

Miss Kim is very nice person I like the park its Run great i give the park a good review because the people are very nice here they make me happy they work with you a lot.

Yes this is a nice place to live or water bill is way too high my water bill is $90 a month and that's hiring I've ever paid I paid least $100 here to $115 at one time for water and that's way too high for water my electric bill is cheaper than my water

place looks alot better than it used to this park has come a long way keep it up

It was okay but the land lord wont let any kids ride around on side by side or forwheelers
