It’s one of the busiest cafe in the USC village! Usually during semesters there’s always long line to enter but often takes 20-25min to get your order ready. The sandwiches are really worth the wait and come with fresh salad!! There are also lots of interesting options for desserts including variety of tarts, pastries and cakes! Highly recommended to have lunch/brunch.
Great coffee and pastry shop. If this store is anything like the other Cafe Dulce’s, then I understand why it’s such a popular brand. The coffee is great, and the pastries, especially the donuts, are unique and delicious. We went late at night and they still had most of their inventory and were happy to serve us. They made me a flat white upon request as well, something not on their menu. I only wish I had more time to try their other items. Great spot in USC Village! Not too expensive either.
I ordered a premium matcha latte. There was nothing premium about it. Matcha flavor wasn’t really authentic. A lot of places suffer from making their matcha too creamy/milky and this is one of them.Food: 2/5
Yummy food with great coffee. Ambience good and a nice view Kid-friendliness: Yes Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
Had the ice herbal tea and tiramisu. It was the best tiramisu I have ever eaten. Never like herbal teas but this one is good though. Tried the ice capuccino. It's good but I prefer sugar added. Think of Dulce when you are in LA. Must visit and have tea time here.
Love this place. There is usually a line but there’s a reason why there is a line. Good good stuff. One of my gotos when I’m in the area. Dessert and teas are delish. Espresso drinks r delish. Burritos are bomb digitty. Salsa rocks. Parking Validation is awesome. Plenty of seats and sofas in the plaza. Free water. Cool vibe. Quality control is excellent. Fun times. I like their jtown spot. Different but still siiiick.
This place has by far the longest line of any business in USC Village and there's a good reason for it. The drinks taste great and so does the food. I can't remember the last time I went to a cafe that left this positive of an impression. If you happen to be in the area I highly recommend visiting here and getting one of the baked treats and any drink of your choice. Enjoy.
3.5 with rounding. It’s hard to judge a coffee shop without trying their latte first. But this, blue berry matcha latte are good actually. Nice taste but why 3.5 because it’s good at first couple bites but the more you drink, the more you feel like … hmmmm
My family and I came here on the weekend. I love the courtyard setting of the whole campus location. Tasty sausage breakfast burrito. Love the salsa. The donuts were definitely not your typical donuts. They don’t have the regular sprinkles donuts or sugar glazed donuts. Bacon donuts were good. Oreo donuts were tasty. Cold brew coffee was decent. Pricing: $$-$$$
Medium Premium matcha latte with oatmilk came out to be around $6.50. The taste was amazing 10/10. The workers were so kind and explained the difference between the premium and regular matchas, being that the the regular Matcha is presweetened and less strong and I’m assuming premium is better quality. Definitely recommend for matcha lovers:
