I went in for a root canal, and the only way I can sum this up is by saying David K. Fagundes is of superb professionalism and a true expertise in his work. He pays close attention to detail and to the patient, checking on how I’m doing before surgery, during surgery and after the surgery. His staff is very attentive, well organized, showed a great deal of kindness and professional communication by thoroughly going over everything. Let me say I’ve had work done on my teeth it was always painful, he made it PAIN FREE. I am very impressed and I would recommended this dentist to whom ever needs a root canal.
I don’t normally leave reviews, but if you are feeling anxious about your visit please know that this is some of the best dental care I have ever received! I have unfortunately had to have 2 root canals in the past and both have been with Dr. Fagundes. Not much worse than getting a filling. Be at ease if you ever have to visit this office. Dr. Fagundes and his staff have my deepest thanks and confidence.
I was absolutely terrified of having my Root Canal procedure, but Dr.Fagundes is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Chelsey and Dr. Fagundes made me feel so comfortable and promised me that they would take good care of me and they did just that. It was a great experience, I would without a doubt refer anyone to them. Dr.Fagundes even had Paige to give me a follow up call to check and see how I was doing, now that’s what I call great service! So if you’re ever in need of having a Root Canal, Dr.Fagundes is the one you need to go see.
He was very very informative and nice! I had to have a root canal done and he made sure during it that I was ok and wasn’t in pain! He made sure to answer all my questions and made me laugh while doing it! I would definitely recommend him!!
Went in for a root canal and was scared of the pain. I can honestly say it was the most peaceful and pain free dental surgery I have ever had. The ambiance and the friendliness of the entire staff is unmatched. I highly recommend
My experience was absolutely horrible. They canceled my appointment the same day I was supposed to go. They did not care that I was in pain. Supposedly they canceled my appointment because I confirm one minute late. I tell all my doctors that I work night shift so I sleep during the day and they called me to whole 2 times in two weeks to confirm my appointment and they called during the day and they can see I called back multiple times they called twice. And at my first appointment, the doctor did not numb me enough and I felt extreme pain during a root canal.I do not recommend this Dentist and wife Beth was extremely rude to me on the phone. She was only concerned about money. She did not care that I am in pain or patient care. Plus, now I have to re do my appointments and take more time off work because she doesn’t care about patients well being
To say I was apprehensive regarding my appointment would have been an understatement. Past experiences had created a very high level of anxiety. But I can truthfully say I left Dr. Fegundes’ office with a BIG sigh of relief. NO procedural pain. The staff was friendly and courteous. The environment was comfortable and peaceful and inviting. And Dr. Fegundes was calm and reassuring and certainly adept at his profession. Hopefully I won’t need ‘a next time,’ but if so, I shall have MUCH Less anxiety. I am so very thankful this was a positive experience.
3 root canals over 2 visits, Dr Fagundes and his entire staff made those visit’s comfortable and nearly painless! My son was comfortable and they made us feel like family. Great experience!! Thank you!!
So let me tell you guys about Dr. Fagundes and his staff. If you’re anything like me customer service is everything. When I say each and every person working there is hands down amazing!! I came there with my ID and HSA card. Long story short it declined. The HSA card system was down. I was so panicked I drove almost an hour to get there and I took off work. I explained that I would have to reschedule at a later date. I got in my truck and literally started to cry. Dr. Fagundes’ wife came out to find me explained that life happens and told me to come in and get my root canal. It may seem insignificant to others but when life is lifeing a small act of kindness makes a world of difference. From r that I am grateful and I’m shouting from the roof tops if you need a root canal they’re your people!
Great caring staff. Dr. Fagundes did a amazing job. Painless procedure. I have used Dr. Fagundes on several occasions, always very good bedside manner. Office staff are wonderful.
