Ann and Jay did excellent work on this set. I’m very specific about how I like my French nails done and they surpassed my expectations. The service was thoughtful and precise. Ann took her time to make sure every detail was touched and offered me something to drink several times throughout the service. The salon itself is beautiful with a gorgeous updated interior and relaxing ambiance. The rest of the staff was welcoming and friendly. They made pleasant conversation and all interacted well with their clients. Definitely check them out.Service: Acrylic nails

Went in for a pedicure and dip manicure. Lady doing my pedi asked if I wanted my eyebrows done, I said NO 4 times. She then told me it was free because “skin is included when you get your nails done”. I finally agreed. When I went to pay, the man told me it was a “miscommunication” and that it would not be free. My sister and I both heard her say this, and she would not come to the front to clarify. They also kept pressuring my sister to get a dip manicure instead of a regular one and she would not cave. I had Hannah do my refill just on one hand I had already done a refill myself on my non-dominant hand. I was a little surprised it was $30 for one hand refill on longer nails but not an issue. She was nice and I thought my nails came out pretty decent. My only complaint is that there wasn’t a receptionist so she was the one answering all the phone calls in the middle of my service and maybe that’s why my nails lifted because she couldn’t focus on my service. My nails did start lifting the same day starting at the pinky. I’m thinking maybe she forgot primer or the primer was old because acrylic never lifts that fast on me. Lifting wasn’t major though but I will have to refill and fix them myself even though it’s been less than 2 weeks. If I didn’t live out of town I would have gone back to have them fixed.
New management is awful. I’ve gone 3 times since Hannah sold the business but I will not be back. Hannah cared about her customers. The new owner doesn’t care about making customers happy or making money. It blows my mind. I refused to go anywhere else until new management. Now I go to Be-May Salon. They do a wonderful job, do not rush to close the doors & do everything to get you worked in. It’s unfortunate that D’Luxe only cares about what time they get off. They’ve lost several customers because of this.
I really liked how my nails turned out! Very pretty French nails with dipping powder however it broke on the 2 day after I got them done so went back and the owner said she was too busy to come back 3 hrs later when it was only one nail! long story short went to a different place and they fixed it for me right when I got there with no charge even though it wasn’t there workService: Acrylic nails
Sat in a chair for an hour waiting while they took people who walked in 5 minutes ago before me. Said only one person could do the nails I want but I have had 3 different people do them since I started coming here. Horrible service extremely unprofessional. Told me i needed to be respectful after pointing with coworkers and laughing at me. No respect. The man in charge here is not respectful and DESERVES NO RESPECT IN RETURN.
Absolutely wonderful experience! I was spoiled the whole time! First I started off with nails and pedicure and finished with a waxing! All involved were very professional and paid close attention to detail. Definitely my go to even though I drive far!
It was really horrible experience since it was my 1st time having a mani and pedi. The girl who was handling me she gave me a different price than I got quoted from the their phone operator. I was so embarrassed since she sat me on the chair and start putting water.before talking the price. She did not put the tub liner. I saw other customer get warm welcome. They prepared the chair before sitting the customer. They offer some drinks. But never offer me anything. She did not massage my legs. She just apply scrub and cleaned it out. That's it. I was looking to other customers get 10/15mins massage. Ohh... my bad. I wanted really nice French nails. I did have 2 short nails. She did 2 nails acrylic and other nails gel nails. Lol... it was really funny looking. Before finish the look I stopped her and said do the acrylic for whole my nails. She did not push my cuticle back. She did cut as is. And after done nails she did cut my cuticles. It was a bit painful. I saw she was rushing to finish up and get the next client. Even not a sanitized environment. My husband always said stylist always care about their 1st client. And care the client.And This place is not the place if you are a 1st time going to a salon. I need to find a better place for future .
A great place to get a pedicure! I went with my mom and sister last week. Cathy was the name of the woman that did my nails, and she was wonderful! It was relaxing and my nails looked great. I also really enjoyed taking with Cathy!
