First and last time in that store. Bought a mattress. Wrong one was delivered. All they ever do is say I’m sorry and continue to take your money. I couldn’t sleep on the second mattress so I had to get another one. Once I did I had to pay for delivery even though they were picking up the old one. I ordered a chair while I was in the store in August. I was told it would be in in three weeks. No one ever called and let me know anything. When I called again in September I was told it would be there in 8 weeks. Well this is October 16,2023 no phone call or any word from them. I called and had to wait at least 10 minutes while looking for it. Finally someone came to the phone and told me it was on back order once again no phone call from them. Jeff was the sorriest sells person I have ever dealt with. Never again will I set foot in that store. And it was paid in full.
Was able to find the piece of furniture I needed. Shopping was not stressful. No pushy sales people. Jeff was great in answering my questions and helping me decide the pros and cons of my decision. The quality of the furniture is much better than at other stores. I might have paid just a little more but I know I'll have a piece that lasts.
We bought a living room suite or so we thought in April. We placed a 20% down payment. Sales rep told us furniture would be in 6-8 weeks. July came and went with no word on furniture. I had to call each time and each time I called there were excuses such as Laz z Boy had closed down for 2 weeks for Independence Day Everyone I spoke with in office kept stringing me along. Meanwhile I could’ve drawn some interest while my deposit sat in my bank. I will never go back and would not recommend unless they have merchandise in stock Horrible experience. They did give my deposit back with no explanation. Bad business in my opinion.
Great service! Went and found Mr. Stan to help us with deciding on new furniture. He is so personable and friendly. You can tell he loves helping people with their homes. Thank you, Mr. Stan!
Purchased a whole house full of furniture after a house fire. Without a doubt my sales lady Louise was the most helpful and knowledgeable of the sales staff I’ve encountered at D Noblin’s. Extra perk: she came out to my home and measured the areas where the pieces of furniture were to be placed. It was especially helpful when someone would come to my home when I was too frazzled to make good decisions. With her guidance I was able to pick out the right size sectional for our needs and would fit in the space we’d dedicated for that. If you are in need of the type of dedicated service that I needed then please go see D. Noblin’s sales staff! Not naming any other furniture companies in and/or around this area but, I learned that they do not offer such one on one personal services as that of D. Noblin! Oh and as for pricing: they’re actually comparable to the other furniture stores around… and as it goes with any major purchase, you can pay what you want for any type of furniture you have in mind.
D. Noblin has top notch furniture at affordable prices. The financing process was a breeze. Shane was extremely helpful. We're definitely going back.
It helps that the brand I chose had an interactive website. I went in knowing what I wanted and the salesman took me right to it. One tush test later and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Fantastic!
Heather was very professional, very pleasant and very patient with me. When I return for another shopping experience she is the one I will ask to help me.

Our sales person, Heather, was a pleasure to work with. She was very personable, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. As well as respectful and not pushy. We were pleased with the quality and variety of furniture to look at as well as the opportunity to customize our purchase. Very pleased with our shopping experience at D Noblin.
