Dac Electronics Repair

Dave came out to our house well prepared for the job. He asked a few questions before we turned the tv around so he could remove the back cover. Very quickly he was able to remove the power supply unit and begin checking for causes why the 63 inch plasma tv quit. He also brought out another power supply unit unfortunately it didn’t quite fit. So he said he needed to take it home to see what the problem was. I asked him if he was going to order a new supply unit and he said he could probably repair this one. He cleaned up nicely and put the unit cover back on the tv and said he’d call me when he figured it out. Early in the afternoon Dave Cornell called back and said he was pretty confident he had solved the issue and asked if he could come back the next morning at eight AM and sure enough, Dave was on time and ready for work. In a matter of minutes he had the unit installed, checked over a couple other potential problems, then powered up the unit without the sound system connected. TV worked like the day I got it. I’m very impressed with his knowledge, work ethics, and awesome ability to repair a 2012 TV so quickly and efficiently!! His price was more than reasonable and we thanked him for a job well done! I highly recommend Dave for any repairs on TV’s or stereos! He’s the MAN in my books!!! Wow, he really knows what he’s doing!! THANK YOU DAVE!!! You’re the BEST!!!

Our 60in LG plasma screen tv. It was turning off over and over and we brought it in and he was very nice and great with communication and fixed our sustain board and now the tv is working great. We originally going to take it to Best Buy but this was a much better experience, quick, and very cheap! Highly recommend if you have any tv issues!

INCREDIBLE! He was professional and courteous on phone. He asked that I call an hour before dropping off TV. He said he would call back the next day with assessment and recommendation on repair if possible. He called promptly in the morning. I had my TV back within the time frame specified and it works great at a VERY reasonable price. BEST of the BEST of small business! Highly recommend!

Dave is great! We have used DAC a couple times now and he is always so helpful. He’s professional, knowledgeable and charges a fair price for repairs. We had an old TV with water damage that couldn’t be fixed, he even took care of recycling it for us. We will continue to use DAC for all our electronics and always recommend him to friends!

Dave was great. Responded to my phone calls promptly. We was able to locate a used, otherwise obsolete part for my TV and he came out to my house to repair it. Much cheaper than having to buy a new TV. I would recommend him to anyone.

We called Dave with a Vizio TV shadow problem that had festered into a total blackout and he came out the very next morning on a weekend. He showed up 10 minutes early, diagnosed the problem and set up our old TV to use while he took ours to his shop and promised it by the following Monday. To our surprise, he had it fixed and delivered the same day! In all my years dealing with repairmen I have never had a better experience, he is polite, knowledgeable and efficient. His bill was actually less than the amount he estimated and which we were prepared to pay. Would we recommend him, you bet we would!

Just had my TV repaired by Dave not only did he drive for an hour and a half to get here he repaired my TV to the point that we now have a better picture now then we have in years like new again. Considering the fact that we thought that the TV was gone totally needless to say we couldn't be more happy. And let me add that Dave was very professional and polite, and went that extra mile to make sure that we were happy with the repairs he took his time and again I must say went above and beyond to make sure he did ALL he could and boy does he know his job and everything it entails. I can't stop smiling!!! Dave goes the extra mile to make you happy and boy did he accomplish that!!! I thought our tv was destined for life as a boat anchor, but he was able to fix it and it is as good as new!! Best tv repair in Spokane hands down. Plasma is still superior to led and I'm sure glad I repaired my 60" instead of spending the same amount for an led half the size with an unacceptable refresh rate. Dave, your the man, Thank you!!
