Our name is inspired by the European Dada movement in the early 1900s, which was a reaction within the art community to the violence of World War I. Dadaism was a rejection of conformity and logic which embraced irrationality and a sense that anything can be art.
Dada Boutique was started in 2012 in Louisville, KY with the goal to help women feel beautiful in their own skin. In its original Story Avenue location, Dada was committed to educating women how to dress for their individual body type and create art in how they present themselves every day.
As we shifted our focus to starting a family, we closed our storefront and began finding a niche within our local community - customized aromatherapy necklaces. Our passion is to help others discover natural sources of energy and beauty. We are educators of natural benefits from oils and stones, and we are creators of art to help you Make Yourself A Statement.
