I paid for the $11 Big Daddy option Express Exterior Wash, Wheel Brite, DaddyO’s Tire Shield, Clear Coat Protectant, Triple Shine The wash seemed like they were trying to save water and soap because there was only a very then film of soap on my windows that was sprayed off with a thin mist of water. Other car washes seem to use soap with frothy suds and more water to rinse everything off at the end,and yield way better results than Daddy O's. The guys drying my truck allowed the soap to dry on my hood and windows before finally attending to my truck; leaving soap residue on my windows and paint after they ran through with their towels. My wheels looked terrible after the wash. I've included photos, please notice the brush marks left on the center caps and edges. I didn't want to bring it up with management because I had already lost all faith in this place's ability to properly wash vehicles. Please avoid at all cost.
Wait a min the carwash that I always get is $9 and just because their a little mud Im going to get charge extra $5 . I'll just take off the mud with a garden hose at the house then come back the next day
Place was good at one point when it was Daddy O's Carwash. Now that its Mister's, place isn't the same, no more ppl to dry your car and vaccums don't work as good. Stop going after the change cause of the service. Your better off going and washing your car yourself.Services: Scratch removal
I went to wash my car and something scratch it when I was drying my vehicle with a towel I found 2 pieces of glass or hard plastic , I talk to the manager and they said nothing was on the video I explained that it was at the end of the tunnel when is blowing air to dry the car but again he said that they can see anything but how fast the air blows for them to see those pieces. I explained that I didn't want to get advantage of the situation I just need a solution and I mentioned that I was going to cancel my membership and he said OK like he didn't care, I know nothing is going to affect them if they lose 1 customer. Just saying and I hope nobody else get on a situation like this when you giving them business and only wants to get their vehicle clean.
Unfortunately it's no longer Daddy O's they got bought out by their competitor Mister car wash. So I canceled my membership today because I literally left mister because they skimp on soap leaving my car dirty and their blowers couldn't blow out birthday candles much less the water on my car. My car is now a different kind of dirty after today's wash.
The carwash is great and the guys that dry your car do a great job. Now the vacuum cleaners is another story, for months now, many of them have been broken or do not have any suction. I know the vacuums are for free but the carwash is not free. This needs attention ASAP, FIX YOUR VACUUM CLEANERS or DROP YOUR PRICES. Do not put the guys on the side of the road advertising free vacuum if your vacuum cleaners do not work. People go to a parking spot to vacuum but then have to move because it doesn't work. A huge inconvenience, I've seen people leave because they move to another spot and that vacuum doesn't work either. GET THIS FIXED ASAP.
The first time they wash it was not clean enough so I went back to the wash line and was able to get my car washed a second time. They get 5 stars for the awesome customer service and because the second wash was better than the first.
They have a great staff as well as great prices! 14 dollars for obviously the wash and tire bright, as well as a 2 day free wash if it rains! Free air scent for your car and good vacuums.
I used to come here all the time because they would vacuum your car and clean it from the outside. Though they cleaned it beautifully from the outside I'm rather disappointed that they no longer vacuum your car, it's something that you have to do yourself. It's great that they have the unlimited vaccum but as a busy mom I don't have the time for that. I will be taking my service somewhere else.
their detailing is the most reasonably priced! They separate interior detailing so you only pay for what you need, carpets, seats, dash vinyl and consoles, or all the above. they'll absolutely get my business regularly
