Really wish y'all would stop marking packages as delivered at 8:30 at night when you haven't even delivered mail on our street all day. I understand you're shorthanded and can't keep up or whatever, but don't make us hunt through the dark looking for things that aren't there but were supposedly dropped off in a non-existent "parcel locker". If you can't deliver it that day, don't mark it as delivered. This is getting ridiculous. Maybe if you actually loaded and organized the mail in a way that doesn't have you back tracking down the same roads 2 or 3 times within an hour, you'd have time to actually deliver more.
Why the hell can't the Dahlonega post office get this fixed? It's been addressed on multiple occasions about our mail that keeps being put in another mailbox down the street from us [same street # different street altogether]. What seems to be the issue ? I'll tell yoi.... the mail lady delivering is the PROBLEM. Do y'all not care ? What will need to be done to fix this issue? Because apparently calling the post and complaining about it does absolutely NO good. RIDICULOUS! Waste of my time to go get my mail from the other mailbox. I shouldn't have to be the one fixing your mistakes. It shouldn't be happening in the first place.
Weekend subs Constantly leaving other people’s mail in my box. 24 years and counting. It used to be every day but Deb has gotten it on track when she delivers it. I just wonder how much mail I am missing through the years. I think they are scamming Amazon prime by posting that the package been delivered when it hasn’t been and it shows up at the house a day or two later. This is happening to my family in other states as well.
called multiple times and phone rings for 5 minutes and hangs up. Customer service told me to call my local post office for help but it’s impossible when they don’t answer the phone
They won't deliver packages if they don't fit in the locker and when they fit in the locker they put the key somewhere else so you can't get your packages.
Do not expect to receive your package, mail or expect your package to arrive going from here to another town. Six weeks and my letters were still not received. Workers inside are rude and drivers are just as rude. Lord for bid you have to sign for a package or letter and the delivery guy has to get out and bring it to you for signature. He was so rude about it and said just scribble the name. IF USPS CAN'T HANDLE THE WORK LOAD THEN WHY SIGN A CONTRACT STATING YOU CAN DELIVERY.. USPS HERE IS NOT RELIABLE
Will not deliver packages if they do not fit into my mail box then tells us we have 48 hours to pick it up before it is sent back to sender. Hmmmm we work till after 5 daily and PO is closed at 5. They make comments when we pick up that we have a lot of packages.... 3 boxes is not a lot. Yesterday and today we have attempted calling over and over to advise them to hold 1 package till Saturday. No response and just rings. Canceled Amazon last week because of USPS
First and last time going in. Person at the front was not helpful or polite. I can understand why the guy in front of me stormed off and I can also see why USPS is losing money to FedEx and UPS.
I have been waiting on a package that was supposedly on our carrier's truck since last week. I continue to get emails from usps that an attempt was made to deliver the package, but no one was there to receive it. That is nothing but an untruth, actually it's a downright lie.. I am not the only person in our neighborhood with this type of problem. This is also not the first time I have complained. I will call in the morning.
They are condescending and not helpful. They've lost 2 of my packages and claim I'm lying about them being sent. In their eyes, they don't make mistakes, people just lie. Just go to UPS. They're right beside Walmart.
