The young lady at the front desk reception was amazing! Personality professionalism and just a pure sweetheart. The room was absolutely clean perfectly spotless and was decorated very well. The staff was very nice. The free breakfast was excellent the pricing was more than reasonable. Very highly recommended. You will not regret itRooms: 5/5
A very clean place. The reception lady is so friendly and helpful. When we asked about restaurant recommendations, she gave us a map of Dahlonega and pointed out many good choices and gave us directions to there. We picked one and tried. It was wonderful. The breakfast is just okay. But the waffles are delicious. Rooms: Very clean and roomy Food & drinks: They have free tea and coffee in the lobby. So, you can help yourself with those things. The breakfast is just okay. No scrambled eggs or sausages. But, they have boiled eggs kept in the fridge. The waffle maker makes really good waffles.
Looked kind of so so when pulling in. However... Lobby, rooms and entire property were very clean and organized. Gas station next door and plenty of cable TV channels to surf through. We visited in July so the AC took a while to cool room down but that is to be expected. Not the best place I ever stayed but definitely not the worst.Rooms: 5/5
Not worth the $122 it costs. It wouldn’t be worth $12. Dark and dingy. Front desk clerk made me wait nearly 10 minutes to sell me a room while she finished her personal cell phone call. The place smelled like Clorox … which is usually a sign of cleanliness, but not so much in this case. Towels should be thrown away they’re so thin. No cover on the remote where batteries go. When we checked out, there was literally nothing left in the breakfast area except little pots of butter, jelly, and peanut butter, but nothing to spread them on. All in all, you could spend $122 and get a much nicer hotel room. The nicest thing I can say is that while loading the car the following morning, the employee who was walking the parking lot picking up trash and pulling weeds was doing a great job and was very pleasant.
WORST customer service ever! The front desk manager Ken Patel is very rude and is extremely unreasonable. A client of mine booked by accident the hotel and quickly booked the correct hotel in matter of 3 mins. But the hotel will not issue a refund to this Guest even though she never stayed there. The hotel is blaming Expedia, I spoke with Expedia and they specifically said the manager is not allowing the refund. I called and spoke with him and he hung up on me . DO NOT STAY here. Their customer service is terrible and the manager is not hospitable. I WILL NEVER recommend this location. Low quality and abysmal customer service.
This hotel was very clean. We had 2 rooms for 2 nights. The service was great. The free breakfast was delicious. The pool was clean. It was a great stay!!Rooms: 4/5
Our stay was just ok. The rooms are outdated. They smelled good but needed a little more cleaning, especially the dust on the tv stand area. The shower was awful, with no water pressure, and the water didn't stay hot for long. We could hear everything going on in the room above us which was annoying, especially when trying to sleep. On Saturday and Sunday morning at about 8 am, the house cleaning began knocking on the door to ask if we wanted cleaning even tho we had the do not disturb sign on the door. The breakfast area is super tiny it's hard to maneuver around the room to get breakfast. The breakfast was just ok cereal, bagels, muffins, waffles, yogurt, eggs, and a breakfast sandwich, which needed heated. The lady at check-in was very friendly and made us feel welcomed.
