Dainese in Costa Mesa is my favorite gray shop. High quality motorcycle gear and amazing customer service every visit! Clark is so knowledgeable & educates me about the latest in their gear!
I always love coming to this particular store for all my motorcycle gear needs! Not only does this store have a larger inventory of products compared to other Dainese stores, but they have sales throughout the year that other stores don't, so its always the icing on the cake when I'm able to score a great deal. Plus, the staff is always so friendly and they always go out of their way to ensure I have the right gear. They never try to convince me to buy items that I don't need or want, either. I always look forward to coming back! Thank you to Rich, the new store manager, and the new staff for being so helpful! It's definitely a welcome change compared to the previous staff and management. Y'all are the best!
I had no idea that Dainese was in the MTB game until I kept hearing their name brought up on the trails. After meeting Rich, he showed me just how much Dainese OC had to offer for MTBers. Pants, gloves, pads, helmets, even socks! Love how this store keeps me dialed in for the trails. Every time I visit Rich makes me feel like family and his crew are always friendly. Definitely stop in and check out what they got!
I made a special stop in here in here to check out their boots while driving through OC. This store is packed full of top notch riding gear, particularly track suits and gloves. They carry the full Dainese line with a decent stock level. The dudes working here are easy going and knowledgeable on their stuff. The 10% off for military/police was a cherry on top . Would definitely recommend if you’re in the market for riding gear.
This is like the Stonehenge of motorcycle stores, you have to visit it. I've known people who have flown in from other cities. It's much larger and has a more vast selection than most any other DStore, and I've been to many of the others. Sometimes in the back you can find racks of discontinued or discounted items. They have the AGV helmets, both men's and women's riding gear including footwear, and of course race suits, that's your thing. There are even some casual riding options which are stylish. The staff is extremely well versed, riders themselves, and friendly.
Picked up immediately when I called and answered my questions. Staff at the store were very helpful when I visited and helped me find the right sizing.
The guys working here are the best! Especially Rich who went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you!
I absolutely love this store. Top quality leather gear for motorcyclists weather you ride street, or track they got what you need for ultimate protection. Staff was very helpful with a warranty issue i had with a pair of shoes I purchased. Thanks guys, see you soon.
This store is excellent! Finding gear in my size can be quite difficult because of my smaller size. However, Clark was incredibly helpful and I walked out with the perfect sized jacket and boots. I can’t say enough about the fantastic customer service at this location. It’s worth going out of your way!
