Most days are a great shopping experience here. Not today Aug 16th, around 10:30am. I walked into the obnoxiously loud sounds of a floor buffer and crossed paths with the operator who made me feel like I was in his way. The non-stop loud buffer then whizzed to the end of an aisle, knocking stuff to the floor. The operator looked and continued on. Another employee had to come over and fix his accident. Maybe it was the loud machine's fault but this job should not be done during business hours and the rude operator could be avoided by customers.

Person running photos is rudest person at this store. I dont know why you have such rude person dealing with public.

Went to get pictures printed out and everything was going good until I needed a code for the computer and I needed to get and associate there and when I asked the older lady that's behind the tobacco counter was pretty rude when I asked she proceeded to say in a rude manner "hang on I'm getting it" and "I know" I'd appreciate if she would get training on how to actually respond appropriately respond to customers next time

I shop here almost every day since we don't have a car and live within a quarter mile. I'm really going to miss all the cashiers headed to college, especially Makiah. Customer service is hit or miss depending on the day, but the certain regulars are amazing to deal with. A lot of the new staff haven't had enough experience in customer service yet, but they seem willing and able to learn. The food selection varies depending on what time of year you go in, as they can't stock the same way Walmart does for lack of room, but that is the novelty of shopping at your hometown drugstore. They have a little of everything but they are first and foremost a pharmacy. The pharmacy is fast and easy to navigate, and the gentleman who gave my COVID-19 vaccine was phenomenal. The ladies in the pharmacy are efficient and always smiling my daughter likes to stare and wave from her stroller. The young lady with the Shirley Temple curls is probably my favorite person, because she always knows exactly what I am there for even though I pick up for three people. I only gave four stars, though, because sometimes I find expired products, even a whole package of moldy strawberries in the produce section. The staff seemed appalled that I didn't bring it to them even though we have mold allergies in my home.

Just got back from Drug Mart in New Philadelphia. We've been going there for over 25 years. Love the people there that's why we go there. Today I checked out at 11:03 and the cashierKatlyn O was the worst employee I've ever encountered there. I said good morning and she said nothing. I showed her my pro points card and she grabbed my card from my hand, scanned my card and then flung the card back at me and I had to pick it up off the floor. I asked her if she was having a bad day and she looked at me and said I don't know what your talking about. I told her to try to have a good day. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER !!!

The store is way too crowded. There is so much stuff in the aisles only one person can walk through at a time, forget about even trying to use a cart. The pharmacy has great service, they are the only employees in the store that are even remotely friendly. The cashiers are always grumpy and are so slow, they act as though you're bothering them when you need to check out.

The same woman my.wife told me about the day befor. I come through drive thru to pick up meds. Mine is picked successful and then rude lady after slamming the phone down 3 different times André picking tge phone back up to ask me the same question 10x times.. To the point where i had to soell out my wife's first and last name..birthdate and she tells me she does not have anything in said persons name or birthdate. My wife calls in 60 sexonds of me leaving and they have all her info..even her name and birthdate. The same snobby lady of course is who handled us... And your 5 star rating went to a 1 untill you get her out of the window. Snobby looks ugly on you

My regular, non mail-in pharmacy. Normally very good. But lately the lines are insane inside and at the drive thru. Must be a staffing issue. ...Review updated for timely and appropriate mgt reply. Thank you

So glad that I transferred my business to Drug Mart! My prescription was cheaper, and the service was perfect. Very respectful employees. Pharmacist is great. Stores are fully stocked. Thank you!

I have been going to the Discount drug mart in Canton on Higbee for 10 years, love them, by far best pharmacy around. This specific discount drug mart pharmacy however is not the same. The pharmacist was rude and judgemental.
