Dairy Queen

Great m&m blizzards, went today and yesterday and they tasted noticeable better than other DQ locations. Yesterday waited at the ordering spot an awkward amount of time after I ordered before I got a response, other than that good service. Did notice a lot of customers trying to go in but doors were locked.

Card reader down on Wednesday. Had enough cash to get small cookie dough blizzard. Less than 6 pieces of cookie dough. Went back on Sunday... Card reader still down. Since I have no cash, I get no DQ. Surprised this isn't a bigger issue during this summer heat.Food: 4/5

I usually stop by to get a blizzard on the way home from work, and they’re usually ok, but today waited like 10min to be greeted at the front counter, empty place, 1 door dasher, nobody in drive through, counted 6 employees, all awkwardly making eye contact and pretending you’re invisible. Fun times.

Went to get a small blizzard and a cone. The card reader was down and I had to pay cash. At the window I saw 5 0r 6 guy's with long straggly hair that looked unkempt and unwashed. One guy was in nylon shorts. Very unprofessional. I asked where their hairnets were and got a funny look. I will not return to DQ again!

We went through the drive through quickly and ordered a small cotton candy blizzard for 85cents due to a new promo. in the DQ app check it out! And then came back through for a free dilly bar after taking the survey on my receipt which the kind drive through window guy was nice to point out to us! All together,it's probably the best well spent 85cents I've ever spent!. Friendly staff, fast service, perfect blizzards... Download the app and go there, or any DQ branch, before the promo is up!

Definitely one of the better Dairy Queens I've been to service wise. Was able to get in and out pretty quick, and the modifications to my order were done correctly. Nothing fancy, but if your just feeling like a flamethrower burger and blizzard, its certainly better than some other DQ's in the kitsap area.Food: 4/5

Just drove through this dq. The frys were literally uncooked. Looked like they were cooked under a heatlamp. Still cold raw potatoes. The chicken was old. Glad I didn't feed it to my daughter which was the plan. And to top it off there were like 4 hairs in the sundae. Like seriously get it together crew. Your can't be worthless and expect a paycheck. Have some respect for yourselves and others. You agreed to do a job. You need to take some responsibility for preparing people's food like you could care less if they get sick or not.

Gross and rude. 7 employees only one had a hat on. Maybe it's just because I've worked food service so long but seeing employees with shoulder length hair not pulled back just grosses me out. I guarantee you're getting a hair in your blizzard if you come here. There was more but this was the worst.Food: 3/5

Flavor is always there. Cleanliness and customer service vary but given the awful 2 years we’ve all had, we all need grace in that department. What brought me here to review though, is these chicken toes. They still write chicken tenders on the menu but they stopped serving those a few years back. We all know they’ve been serving chicken fingers for a hot minute but today all four of us discovered they are now dishing up chicken toes. Guess that explains how they’re only 360 calories now.

I mean u can't go wrong..it's ice cream. They should ring back denns the menace cups back.. and make a cheap sundae and or ice cream cone for all us broke 90s kids..also new items should be offered samples of more, as I experienced what I thought was a pb cup was a pretzel shake.. dunno how that happened. Lots of room here, drive thru, outdoor seating and a nice bathroom.
