So many issues 4 piece chicken basket meal. Listed on the board $10.99 Bill price $12.99 Cashier stated it came with a drink or blizzard Charged $4.69 for it. When I went to question this I was told "she is new, there is nothing we can do about it". Said that we would get our ice creams after we were finished out hot food. Went to collect and it appeared the peanut butter parfait was made when we ordered and left on the counter. It was half melted. Blizzard was the consistency of strew. To top it off, the rudeness behind the counter! Refusal to male the situation right and laughing as I walked away. HIGHLY dissatisfied

Got some Blizzards for the whole family. The wife ordered at the drive-through, since she knows better than I what's available and what the kids like. Since I have no idea what they sell, I told her to surprise me. It was delicious, albeit cloying.Food: 5/5

Absolutely horrible our burgers were only cooked on one side, they were so wet the buns were.soaked with pinkish Grey liquid. 50.00 for 3 uncooked burgers 3 uncooked orders of fries 3 half filled drinks drinks 1 sundae and all of it went in the garbage. The senior couple ahead of us Gave them enough trouble for their bad experience they should have been trying to better their food quality for everyone. We will never go back for hot food or cold drinks again...ever!!

Never had a more loaded blizzard than today at this location. Holy, this place was run by school kids, no kidding and it seems they got the mix more loaded than the owner would like too. Well, the service was good and the kids got er done. The sugar rush however threw me off writing this review. Oh lordy, this will last me for a whole week.

Just walked out of here now and am shocked at the service and rudeness of the manager serving us - taking her stress out on her young staff members and hurriedly serving terrible rushed and incomplete orders desserts — our ‘large’ sundae was smaller than a normal SMALL and we paid more $ for extra strawberries only to have it barely even a dribble on top. Super disappointing considering the cost of a large sundae is now over $6 … needless to say, I won’t be back. Rude. Inconsistent sizing and overpriced sugar milk. That manager needs to get some training in customer service and treatment of her staff.

Drive through person was not able to hear us, we had to repeat or order a few times. My blizzard was also not made correctly and was extremely soft and could have passed for a milkshakeFood: 3/5

I have given up on the Trenton location. I went with my granddaughter to get a banana split and the girl at the cash went over to make it she did not wash her hands before cutting the banana I should have refused it but did not want to cause a scene so we threw away the banana and just ate the ice-cream this was very disappointing for my granddaughter and myself. The customer service at the Trenton location is very poor the kids that work there don't seem to care about anything, they are not very friendly either. They did not even give me my receipt. I have had too many problems with my orders at the the Trenton location so I decided to drive to belleville and try that location i have been there several times now and they always get my order correct, provide good customer service are friendly and their ice-cream is better their machines must be colder as the ice-cream is not half melted mid way thru eating . Belleville will be my go to location when we want dariy queen. Belleville also looks way nicer it is updated not run down looking like the Trenton location is. So if you are passing through the area skip the Trenton location and go to Belleville a much better experience.

It was OK. But the hot fudge sundae we ordered was an absolute mess. The young adults over filled it with fudge and didn't even try to clean it up when she handed it to us. The mess around it is when it was first opened to consume and it had to be put in the lid to catch the excess fudge.

We go every Friday and have the same guy serve us. Think he's the manager on Fridays. Very nice young man. 5 stars to him. Update . Found out his name is Liam. You guys are lucky to have him. Gets the job done quickly and correctly.

Every time I going to Dairy Queen the staff is very rude. They have one shoved their debit machine in my boyfriends face telling him to sing. There is not one adult in that store. They’re very rude when they are talking to you and nothing is ever right when you get your order I work fast food and I totally understand mistakes but no one there looks happy to do their job when they talk to you and it is very unwelcoming. They also got very mad with each other right in front of us because they got our order wrong and had to remake it even though we had to repeat ourselves 10 times and then make it feel like it’s our fault. Very disappointed I hope you guys can fix the situation and make others feel welcomed.
