It is hard to feel worse than liking Dairy Queen. The trouble with the Big Rapids Dairy Queen BRDQ is their customer service. I only visit the BRDQ roughly once per year because of the customer service, and I have worked near the BRDQ for nearly 15 years. Their problem is that they tackle one customer at a time. They take an order, close the window and speak to nobody else until that initial person's order is completed. This makes a lunch break evaporate quickly. I recommend to things to the owner of the BRDQ. 1. Hire at least one more person to increase speed. 2. Next year when you close the store for the late fall and winter season demolish the building and build a new one in the back corner of your lot. Getting in and out of your establishment is another reason that folks like myself frequent your establishment so infrequently. All that said, the Dairy Queen is as always, delicious.
The kids inside didnt know what they were doing... two different ones couldnt make a proper blizzard... they gave me some lame excuse as why it didnt look right then made another one the same way they made the first... the large is expensive and i would have liked to have had it made right
Kids there don't know what they are doing. Prices are different every day for the same cone or blizzard. Figure that out. Go in the am when the older employees are there
