Dairy Queen

First time at this location. I had the pumpkin pie blizzard. The whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice are a nice touch. Very good, and the employees are friendly and fast with service.

One thing you definitely will enjoy is ice cold treat from Dairy Queen on a hot summer day. However the most disgusting thing is to see someone else's hair in your blizzard. It's just ruined my ice cream, my day and wasted $5.71.

Two friends and I got blizzards tonight. I think their ice cream was sitting out or old because we all have bad stomach issues. I don’t recommend their soft serve.

I came here on Saturday 02-18-23 and they were SO busy.. so so busy. The line was back up to the door.... the online/ door dash, grub hub and Uber orders just kept coming and coming. There were 2 young girls in there and one older man who people say is the owner. Those 2 girls were KILLING it by themselves. The “owner” was literally WATCHING THEM. When I mean literally not helping lay a finger, I truly mean that. Not only wasn’t he helping them make the ice cream but he couldnt do as little as take an order!! These 2 young girls did absolutely everything themselves and the entire time they boosted each other up. “We are doing great, keep going” and things like that. Not a single word of encouragement came out of that man’s mouth. To top it off there were customers screaming because of how long it was taking and walking out. Those girls did the best they could and did great. It was truly just too much for any 2 people to handle, especially when the owner was standing there WATCHING the entire time. He could have at least taken the orders for these clearly struggling employees. I gave them a $20 tip, I felt so bad for them. If I was their parents I wouldn’t let them work there and that’s the gods honest truth. If you aren’t going to help and just watch then go back in your office so you don’t look like a complete jerk. Sickening

There isn’t a single time when this location isn’t packed with a line out the door in the summer, and every time that’s the case, the employees are working hard while the manager/owner can be seen doing obscure tasks and doing nothing to aid in the service of his packed establishment.

This place used to be great but apparently it has changed ownership recently. They also seemed to have signed up for uber eats and door dash.. huge mistake. Completely disorganized and no balance between the delivery orders and the orders being placed in person. The new owners clearly have noooo idea how busy this place gets in the spring and summer. I went on a cool March Sunday evening at 8:00 and they couldn't keep up with the line and delivery orders all coming in at once. They messed up 3 orders while I was there. There's only one ice cream machine.. how can you have all that coming in at once? Makes no sense. Advice to the new owner, stick to focusing on the foot traffic customers because if this business plan continues through the summer, you're going to lose a lot of business.

I went to Dairy Queen recently, and they mixed up our order with someone else's . They were not very clear with what type of blizzard they were handing out. They just said chocolate brownie extreme, no royal so someone took ours. Not very impressed with how manager handles the operation. Just a suggestion! Hope this helps.

Always clean. Friendly staff. Nick the owner is the nicest guy! Great nearby Ice cream split, in the summer the line is often at the door and the staff are quick and efficient. Will continue to patron in the future .
