Dairy Queen

I ordered a banana split and the flavor is ok, just not the presentation unfortunately. It overall just looks like a mess. I understand they are training new staff, but this should not have been served. It has maybe 7 pineapple pieces on it and there’s barely any strawberry sauce or chocolate sauce on it. Just a little disappointed in this Dairy Queen experience.

I was getting Blizzards through the drive through at the time, on a hot day. It's not very far from my home. I ordered the largest ones, but they were smaller than I used to get, years ago. At least they were affordable.

I am done going to this location. The last two times have been horrible. The night crew does not have it together. I got in the drive thru line at 755pm and they refused to serve me cause they were closed. No cone at the end of the drive and closing hrs are 8pm. I let it go and went to Culvers. Tonight it was 715pm. They got me again. The misty machine was closed for the night. Don't go to this store especially at night. Just go to Culvers.

Always kids working. Management is terribly poor. They always get my ice cream wrong or food and always hand the blizzards to me without a top or napkin. The people working there are incredibly immature, and it looks like there are 12 year olds working! It would be great if they hired older workers who knew what they were doing and did it efficiently. Takes way too long for an ice cream cone to be handed to you even if you're the only one at the drive-thru. Inside isn't much better. They look totally confused and can't function as a kitchen. Don't call names or numbers even though you're handed one. They show up to the table with it dripping all over and no napkins given. Very poor customer service. We want a DQ. Not good ones around. They also changed their prices without notice and now medium blizzards are very expensive. Almost $20 to get just two medium blizzards.

This location has been the most unprofessional and I do not recommend you spend your money here. Drive a few extra miles for better service. I have visited this place giving chances just hoping it would get better next time. I visited and was totally disrespected by the manager here Stephanie she acted rude when I came in about my fries not being prepared and even asked me not to return to the place. I was floored, but I was thinking the same thing. No one had on any real work attire and the place was not clean. But she sat in the back office with nothing to do. This place needs to be closed or have better management. It shows this place has KIDS operating.

Drive through was friendly but best of all my chicken strip basket was actually fresh! Thank you!Food: 5/5

I ordered a thick malt with extra malt. I paid $5+ for the request. What I got was very disappointing it was chocolate milk and the first sip I took out of the straw had chunks of malt in it. I will never go here again. I do not want my money back I do not want anything in returnFood: 1/5

They have a special that’s: a cheese burger, fries, drink, and a sundae for $7.00. Want to Know what’s better than that? That’s the same price as last year. Kid-friendliness: Really, it’s DQ!!how much more friendly can you get? Parking: Parking right by the door and they have drive through. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in and for wheelchair and parking.

Their grill was down and they couldn’t make hamburgers. Okay, it happens. They’re training staff so it took 15 minutes before the person in front of me got their food. So it goes. However, their sin is having an inescapable drive-thru. So, when I drive up and discover I can’t get a burger my only way to leave is to reverse out of their long drive-thru into a blind corner or wait 15 minutes behind the person in front of me. You have to have a way for people to get out! There is a zero percent chance of me ever coming back until remove the parking blocks that prevent escape.

I am a little crazy and got a Blizzard with a bunch of add-ons, like six extra pumps lol. The lady working was incredibly helpful and made my order exactly as I wanted it. It was perfect!Service: 5/5
