Easy and fast to place an online order for a custom birthday cake. It was done correctly and looked great. It took awhile to be greeted at the counter because everyone was focused on the drive thru - something to keep an eye on.Food: 5/5
Last night was our first time here in ages, and I have to say, I wish this location was closer because our experience was fantastic! From the moment we walked in we felt like the employees were very happy we came in. The man who took our order was so very kind and didn't rush us at all. Sometimes when you have an autistic child people aren't always so compassionate, in our experience, so this meant so much to me! The food we had was hot, fresh and a million times better than locations closer to us. Even though there was a long line at the drive thru, we were served very fast, which was really nice! The ice cream was cold and perfect... it was extremely hot yesterday so it was awesome that it wasn't all melty by the time we got it. The store is a little dated decor wise, but that doesn't matter to me, it's the service and provisions that will keep me coming back, and this location checked all the boxes! Friendly staff, wonderful food, and it was very clean as well. We will for sure be back when we're in the area again. I wish I could remember the man's name that took our order because he deserves a shoutout, he made our experience awesome!
We normally love getting ice cream and malts from dairy queen. But yesterday my husband got a malt and it just didnt taste right, there was a nasty after taste. Did the recipe chance or is it a malt liquid vs malt powder?Food: 2/5
I love their ice cream! Since the DQ discontinued cherry dipped cones, an employee suggested having a cherry shake. It was delicious. Thank you Champlin location! Wish the cherry dipped cones would come back since I don't eat chocolate. Sometimes I would have a cherry chip blizzard. There are few choices for people who don't eat chocolate as I try to stay away from caffeine.
I was trying to pick up my online order. The store was busy so i waited about 15 minutes. Still had not been helped. I was standing right in front of the mobile order side, waiting. An older white lady comes up also trying to pick up an online order. We’re both waiting at this point. Couple minutes after she was standing there with me, the main cashier asks her if she’d been helped yet. Nobody even talked to me or asked if i’ve been helped. I felt racially discriminated against in all honestly. So i canceled my online order and left.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I went to pick up an order, and from the moment we walk in the worker Josh was extremely rude. Everything I said he turned down. When I finally got the order he ran out after me, and yelled for us to never return back. I was so scared and confused as to what I did wrong. NOT WHAT I EXPECTED FROM DQ!! Fix this please I love DQ.
It’s honestly not the best DQ. They need to fix that drive thru. It’s confusing and someone almost backed up into me. The food was not that good but the ice cream was just okay I mean it’s DQ it’s not a 5 star restaurant.Food: 3/5

Loved the new burger we ordered. It was the Bacon Ranch stacker and it was delicious. Also ordered the Caramel Fudge Cheesecake blizzard and it was fabulous. The service today was pretty good, the manager had to keep telling the employees to take orders at the front counters so I noticed their was a delay everytime someone came in. Not normal for this location, they are always on the ball. Thanks for a great experience today!
Went and grabbed a cake today and holy rudeness. Wow… The cashier acted like it was so inconvenient that I was there. Won’t be back anytime soon.Service: 1/5
