Dairy Queen

Dairy Queen has always been a great and quick place to get ice cream. This specific location is no different. Although there's no indoor seating it's just like the rest.

Just bought some ice cream sandwiches and they are so small. Not sure if they are trying to cheat me out of product. I have never seen them this small.

Never have ice cream from a newly opened container. My sundae was full of gummy, globs of ice cream from top of container. Should have been skimmed off top before serving. No supervision from management.

Excellent products and service , a drive through would have gotten 5 stars Tough when your alone with your 4 legged friend and want a pup cup

This is one of my favorite DQs in NJ. It has a cool vibe of a local shop where eating out by your car seems natural, even though NO outdoor seating is available. The service by the girls behind the counter is top notch and they check all the boxes with selection of DQ products. There is a bigger DQ on rt 23, but for me this is the best one in the area!!

Went today and the two young ladies working there were just outstanding!

I love the local owners and how they have the most accommodating hours. It's nice being able to get a sweet treat around the corner in West Milford and even pick a few things up to go like ice cream bars or ice cream cakes. I am a big Blizzard fan and get them pretty much every time I come and if there's one thing I love it's consistency. They do a great job at getting them to taste the same way every time. As long as you realize before going in that you'll be waiting a bit since it's a small space with limited staff, you'll be pleased you came!

Been coming to this DQ for 25 years and for as long as I can remember, the current owners have been so miserable and it’s just really awkward and uncomfortable going there. Tonight, I called at 8:22 to place an easy to go order of Blizzards, being considerate because they closed at 8:30. I get there at 8:25 I was right down the road food shopping, and the minute I walk in the miserable owner starts shutting off all of the lights literally while I was waiting for my ice cream. Seriously? Rude? It was completely degrading and I’ve been a local, like I said, for 25 years and always give them my business, as well as tip. Corporate needs to give the store a phone call. ASAP. Do better.
