The flavor profile was nothing short of fantastic. Despite being a fast-food establishment, Dairy Queen really went the extra mile to ensure every bite was savory and fulfilling. What truly sets Dairy Queen apart is its consistency in delivering great-tasting food. Whether you're a first-time customer or a loyal fan like myself, the food never fails to hit the spot. For anyone who appreciates good, satisfying fast food, this place should be at the top of your list. We didn't get a chance to sample the desserts this time, but with their reputation, I'm sure they won't disappoint. The kids are already looking forward to our next visit! I used to work for Madras Dairy Queen in Madras Oregon under late kimm mallard and it was a great experience for a 14 year old teenager and we followed all protocols and followed the basic laws for service and cleaning. Restrooms was always cleaned and ready for customers because washing hands is detrimental for health prior to eating. Open to the public and able to witness food being prepared by the workers in a clean safe environment. Since the pandemic, everything seemed to change for dairy Queen in the bend Oregon stores. My hope is for these doors to open to dine in and for dairy Queen to become quality served to all and everyone following fda regulations and drug testing become a thing for a successful establishment once again. I wanted to speak with corporate about this but I can not find a number or name thru Google. As a child and my first real job, it was a challenge but a great learning experience to learn great customer service. Number one rule of thumb for success is....providing great food and service...the customer is the one we want back. So in hopes for our dairy Queen to open the doors for a great family dining experience again. And become everyone's favorite place for that ice cream treat because we treat you right!

Fast friendly service. The food was cooked perfectly. I had a burger, fries, shake. The shake was the big winner.Food: 5/5

I went in with my son. We asked for a cone for $1 with the national promotion for kids to come in their sports team outfit. The lady had not heard of the promotion and refused to honor it even after I showed her the promotion. She didn't suggest something else. So we walked out and spent our money next door.

Frosted animal cookie blizzard: This was kinda disappointing. Just tastes like white chocolate cream w barely any sugar cookie chunks. I can barely taste that delicious artificially sweet coating of the animal cookies. Pass Dreamsicle cone: Barely any orange cream flavor. More like a plastic white chocolate flavor with vanilla ice cream. Meh. Cheese curds: Super good! Nice and squishy with a crunchy outer shell. Zesty queso: Like a mild nacho sauce. It's good. House-made ranch: More creamy ranch sauce. Good. ----- Strawberry shake: Good. Tastes like your normal strawberry shake. Strawberry malt shake: Oooo this has that maltesers flavor but replace chocolate with subtle strawberry. Very interesting and yummy. The strawberry flavor is more muted though, but the texture is thicker and it melts slower.

Horrifying customer service experience when contacting the store. Spoke with Angel who claimed to manage this store and did not know their point of sale or how orders worked. Made me sound dumb like their system was working when it was not and he did not know how it did work at all.Food: 1/5

Don't stop here. Bathrooms are alwasys closed some people sneak in and they are working fine. Just lazy and don’t want to clean them I guess. It’s hard because it’s next to a highway and you drive miles to come here and then your kids can’t use the bathroom. They always get the orders wrong as well.

This is an excellent Dairy Queen. Service is excellent and the food is very consistent. They do a very good job here keeping the orders flowing and customers happy. Yummy ice cream and Blizzards always. I'll keep returning to this location.

My son loves the Cookie Dough Blizzard. I wish they had a non-dairy version.Food: 4/5
