I came in here with my two children and while we ordering we saw very large man walk into while holding his stomach. I thought nothing of it until my son Robert said he had to do a number 2. When I took him into the bathroom there was poop all over the floor, toilet, and walls of the stall. No sign of the guy though. It was everywhere and at this point my son was crying. We were so appalled we couldn't finish our food. I left forever changed by what I saw that day.
To be completely honest, this has to be the worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever experienced. I don’t know how they’re still in business not only does it take 35 minutes to get a small milkshake, it tasted like the ingredients were out of date. I understand teenagers need a job, but maybe they need to be properly trained. They need some more employees or more quality employees. Save your money.
The food is fine, but the service is always astonishingly bad, particularly with the drive-thru. The wait times are completely absurd. It took 23 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me to get to the speaker, 3 minutes before they even took my order, and another 7 minutes before I got my food, which was only a cone and a blizzard. What's unforgivable to me is how they literally trap you in the drive thru with excessively tall barriers and no exits one exists, but is chained shut so you're forced to stay in line and cannot leave. This indicates an awareness of the problem, but instead of fixing the problem, they force people to suffer through it instead. This has been a problem for almost a decade now and there's seems to be no motivation to fix it. There have been so many complaints about this, but nothing has ever changed and likely never will.
I pulled in the drive thru to order at 9:39. I pulled away at 9:58 with a melted not flipped over blizzard and a oreo/brownie sundae cup 3/4 the way full. At least the young girl apologized for the wait as she handed me an overflowing melted ice cream blizzard cup which I'm super excited to clean out of my car tomorrow. Food: 2/5
Glvery pleased with my service today not only had amazing milkshakes but they went way out of there way to make sure I had been taken care of and made sure there was no cross contamination to my shake for me having a chocolate allergy . I greatly appreciate it.
I wish there was a 0 star review cause that’s what this Dairy Queen deserves, the employees are extremely slow and act like they don’t care about absolutely anything going on in the store; they are super unpolite and ignore everyone. Food is mediocre and the blizzards here don’t meet the quality other Dairy Queens provide. I fully recommend going to the Dairy Queen in Strasburg, the blizzards are amazing and the service is great.
Opinion: Food is good but a bit expensive and their blizzards are overly sweet. The regular cones and dilly bars are good though. Depending on who helps you you have nice workers and not as friendly workers. Fact: I can't go there for lunch during work because they are really slow and don't comply with ordering ahead like other dq's. Their drive thru is outdated, the worst looking one I've ever seen and there is no screen to confirm what you ordered. Suggestion: Continue improving customer service and maybe renovate the drive thru! : Hope this helps!
They're offering non dairy options, it's a start. I'd love to see them expand their vegan options. The drive through lane was quick and friendly.Food: 4/5
If you want a blizzard with NOTHING in it then go here! I ask for extra stuff in mine and get charged and still nothing.. im done wasting my money and would rather drive 20 mins away!Dietary restrictions accommodatedNot sure
The service was terrible, waited for 45 minutes for 2 blizzards. Will never return to the Dairy Queen in Uhrichsville again!Food: 1/5
