I’m upset. DQ finally had a blizzard with my two favorites ON my birth month. I have returned at least 4 times and it has been “out of stock.” How is it your blizzard of the month but it’s unavailable? Not to mention, service is slow.Service: 1/5

One of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had. After 15 minutes of waiting they forgot to put Fudge in my blizzard, forgot my toast and chickens strips tasted and looked like cardboard, The fries somehow managed to be both burnt and soggy, the ranch was mixed with water or something made me sick eating any part of this toxic waste. I have had better food in school lunches and prisons. I felt bad even feeding this 20$ meal to my Dogs. This place is worthy of more than a bad review, the owners should be forced to eat here the rest of their lives. One last thing, please note that all the positive reviews of this place are from burner accounts.

The Wenatchee Dairy Queen has always been pretty bad, I would know because I used to work there, but when it was taken over by new ownership I was hopeful. Sadly, I've learned not to expect good service from most fast food establishments in Wenatchee but this Dairy Queen takes the cake or should I say blizzard?.. Update: What makes this Dairy Queen even worse is that they have pretty much the same generic reply for bad Google reviews go check, every response is essentially copy and pasted. Nothing about this establishment is genuine and nothing about this establishment makes me want to return as a customer.

If I could give zero… I would. WE ASKED FOR A HEATH BLIZZARD. That’s it! They did NOT give us a heath blizzard, they gave us a heath-snickers hybrid ABOMINATION. Nuts, chocolate, and all the fixings we did NOT ask for… we POLITELY gave it back, said “excuse me, we asked for heath, and this is not heath. The “kind” associate said “okay” and took it back to replace it. All is well, or so we thought. A moment later, she returns, hands us the same blizzard we have come to despise, and she says “it is heath.” Pause. The audacity of this “woman”. It was NOT HEATH I SWEAR TO G*D. HEATH HAS NO NUTS. Look it up. If needed dm me and I will send you a link. What is going on at this “establishment”. Oh… I forgot to mention, they also didn’t give us bread with our chicken baskets. I can’t believe this. I’m going to do something I regret. I can’t take this anymore. We will be returning. Not for blizzards. For justice. Never go here. The employees have given people unauthorized nuts twice now. We my friends and I could have d*ed. To that b**ch at the window. I know you lied. I know your face. You don’t know who we are. But you will. HEATH HAS NO NUTS, AND WE HAVE NO MERCY. One star.

Paid $13 for 6 tenders a small fry which should have been a large and Untoasted toast. Never got a receipt and the clerk that took my order needs to learn to not interrupt and to listen. I get the rise in cost for food but my god this was embarrassing

I ordered a cookie dough blizzard and it was awful. They put 5 pieces of cookie dough in and put in chocolate which I’ve never had in a cookie dough blizzard. It was not even mixed together. The worst part is I saw the older guy throw bits of cookie dough with his bare hands back into the bin. Gross. Should have read the reviews before but DQ after a hike is my tradition. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!

When the grant road location closed it was hard because I had been going there all my life but am so happy that we still have the Wenatchee location. Dairy Queen ice cream is my favorite and the ice cream cakes are what I get on my birthday every year. The staff where kind and helpful and prepared my order fast and perfect. Hot eats Cool treats highly recommend this business

I got the chocolate extreme blizzard with extra stuff. It was bomb. Also the chicken strip basket had amazing fries, perfectly crisp and fluffy on the inside. Lastly the gravy was to die for. Such an amazing dipping sauce. 10/10 l.Recommended dishesBlizzard

I had a coupon for a $3.99 double two cheese deluxe an regular fries. I went through drive through an told them I had a coupon for this, I got my hamburger an went to grab a fry an had none, so I had to drive back an get my fries. Went home an looked at my receipt and I was charged $7.49 for my hamburger when the coupon was for $3.99. This is horrible customer service!!

I ordered a meal with a burger cheese curds and a drink. When my orderi arrived I was given fries. I told them I had ordered cheese curds. They told me I would have to pay for them in order to get them. I paid for a meal not just the burgerService: 1/5
