We visited the drive-thru window at the St. Francis Dairy Queen on Saturday, July 8th around 6:00 and received exceptional service.  The person taking our order was super friendly and nice and our order of three dip cones and a sundae was ready within seconds of paying.  Outstanding service all around!

1st and last time there.  We ordered Chili cheese dog meals and the cashier had no idea what they included or how to get them ordered.  Teenagers working there standing around.  And I'm pretty sure we got yesterday's Chili.  This place is giving Dairy Queen a bad name.

I just ordered a banana split, and my bananas was very very mushy and brown

Very rude teenagers at this place. Gave me a half melted blizzard and when I asked for a free one because they didn’t flip it she got an attitude and closed the door in my face. Very rude people and need an attitude check. Never going back.

No cheesecake in the chocolate CHEESECAKE blizzard I ordered. They wouldn't remake it. Go to a different one.

Forgot our bread in both chicken finger baskets, forgot fries in one of two kids meals, forgot milk with both kids meals, anddd gave a cheeseburger instead of hamburger. What in the world is wrong here?

Tasha and Olivia were AMAZING!! Best customer service EVER!!

Would have gotten 5 stars had we been able to eat inside. One of the few places that did not lose their customer service. Our order was done properly and quickly. We ate our blizzards outside with our dogs. The drive-thru line was moving very fast, considering the size of the line and the orders being taken. Overall one of the best experiences in regards to customer service since the bs regulations on these businesses who already maintained a good clean environment for their customers.
