Dairy Queen of Russellville

Me and my husband and kids went for lunch we were thoroughly impressed with the 2 young ladies that were working. They were the only ones in there and our meals were awesome and the service was amazing. We wanted to tip them but didnt know if we could.

Burgers very much do suck, rest of food is normally mid. Ice cream has good flavor, they get my icecream wrong every now and then but that is expected imo. TLDR: Only *really* good for icecreamFood: 2/5

Went there today to get a mini blizzard for our Mom who had just been released from Heart Hospital and a small blizzard fur myself. Placed the order with a young girl at the counter. I went outside for maybe 3 minutes to help my sister get Mom back in the vehicle then ran back in thinking they'd already have the blizzards ready. When i got back in the store not only did they not have them ready but it took them probably another 15 minutes to finish and deliver them to me one at a time. One was fine while the other I saw immediately was soupy. Not like the normal DQ way. I asked about it and the girl looked at me like I was from another world and says that it might be the machine. so I just walked out to get in the car. Then i decided, no, I paid money for this and I want it right. When i went back inside she asked how she could help. I told her that if like it redone. While i waited on them, the one and only other person in the store informed me that she had placed an order through the drive them had to come inside to get it. My blizzard was still not up to par but I left and decided I wouldn't return to the DQ in Russellville! Service is especially important in food establishments. I know because I own one. Watch out for your customers because of you don't someone else will!

We wanted just a light meal since it was Easter. We ended up with the $6 combo. It was a perfect size and we got a sundae with it! It was so good. Service was great! Hayden and Amanda were so sweet and did an outstanding job. Everything was nice and clean at tables and restrooms. We will definitely be back! Features: Everything was super clean and everything was in its place.

Ordered through the app and picked up in the drive through Order was correct, but the food quality and portion was very disappointing. The burgers were very sloppily thrown together, as the food itself was all over the inside of the burger box. Medium fries were a joke, looked like a kids meal amount. The small blizzards are maybe a 1 cup serving of soft serve with a tablespoon of candy added and for $5.39 each I do expect more than what we were served. C'mon Dairy Queen of Russellville, you can do better

Took them 10 minutes to take my order and 20 for me to get my food. There are a lot of other people still waiting on their food who’ve been here longer than me. They only have two people working on a Saturday during lunchtime. Honestly, im disappointed.
