We ate a oreo blizzard. I had it for the first time in 30 years! I still love it Food Service
Absolute chaos inside. No clear line, just people pushing till they get to the front. Dirtiest location we’ve been. Used to be calm and fairly fast lines a few years back even in heat of summer, but they ditched the drive through window and the treats now are made sloppily. The soft serve isn’t chilled well, so it collapses into soup before leaving the place. Not going again cuz we gave it one last chance and in addition to the madness inside, the counters were disgusting. When we got outside I discovered the employee sat my cup in someone’s old chewing gum! Appetite officially lost! Even if I’d wanted to eat my sundae, half had melted off by the time we got to our car. It was sticky insanity trying to clean up the mess from the underchilled ice cream. Never again!
Nostalges Dairy Queen is walk-in service only. Few idealic parking spaces in the back and two in front no area is to sit around except on the guardrail. Totally what I remember growing up. Service is what you expect it's crowded everyone everybody wants ice cream a hot day, they're doing the best they can. Great flavor of ice cream and special treats. Dairy Queens are independently run, each place can charge their own prices. So you will find other Dairy Queens with other prices, FYI.
This place is Thunderdome. No rules no protocol no generosity. What kind of place is so tiny yet the doors open inwards? What type of ice cream joint serves a sundae and then charges extra for whipped cream and peanuts? What type of family ice cream stand doesn’t have benches or water fountains? This might be the worst Dairy Queen in the world. Be prepared to spend 30 bucks on a family of five.
We went to this location because we saw they served food. We thought it would be like the one by our house that has really good burgers and fries. This one had no fries and the burgers were a thin gross patty that was tan on the outside and pink in the center. How a burger that thin stays pink after cooking is beyond me. We couldn't even finish half. It tasted horrible. Officially the worst burger I've ever had.
Ine of the last original DQs. Old school done right! I've been coming here since 1978. It is one of my happy places.Food: 5/5
The ice cream was great but the service mehhhh Kid-friendliness: It's an ice cream shop. Enough said?
Nice place to get ice cream but there is no where to sit.
She put my ice cream cone upside down in to a cup!!! When I asked her how can I eat it, she gave me a spoon instead Food: 5/5
No more drive thru orders! Have to get out and go inside to order. Problem is the area to order is the size of a postage stamp!
