Monday-Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm
Saturday: By Appointment Only
Cancellation Policy: 24 hour advance notice is required. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If 24 hour notice is not given, the following will occur: 1st Time: a warning; 2nd Time: $5 Fee due at your next appointment scheduled; 3rd Time: $5 Fee and and pre-payment required for next scheduled appointment.
No Shows: Missed appointments are costly in lost time and revenue, and it prevents me from providing services to other clients. If you do not call to cancel, and forgo your appointment the same rules apply as state above.
Arriving Late: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others with appointments following yours. Please plan to arrive 10 min. prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out client forms and prepare for your service. THANK YOU!
