However, the business was recently purchased by Dawn Pennison, who has been the floral designer at Dale's for 11 years. She has been a licensed floral designer for 13 years. The business is located in the heart of the Tri-City area on 715 Federal Avenue in the Historic Down Town Morgan City. I called and gave a specific order. They did not disappoint. They were quick and listened to what I wanted. The flower arrangement arrived on time. It was fresh and beautiful. I would highly recommend this florist and will use them in the future.

Went here for the first time, looking for a Valentine’s bouquet short notice. Didn’t know what I wanted but they were helpful and showed me several options and price points. When it was time for delivery they made sure the flowers arrived promptly and safely, making an extra trip to ensure someone was home to receive them.
I ordered a peace Lilly online and the order did not go through, I did not get confirmation it went through. I had put on the comments to please call me if there were any questions. I ordered a second time and received confirmation it went through again stating if there was questions to please call me. You would think if you see two orders going to the same place to the same person they would call me. No they prepare both orders and take them.When I catch it and call I am talked to disrespectfully and she hung up on me. She said she couldn’t give me the confirmation numbers, but I could give the only one I received. This happened to me before at another florist and they fixed the mistake.
Doesn’t seem to keen on people of color. So I paid everything is fine. So I had to sign the receipt and there was pens at the front already but he told me he had to go in the back to get a pen. So I was thinking maybe those were used pens in the cup in the front and that he needed to bring some new ones to the front. But he decided to bring this white pen with dirt and stuff all over it. And my point of speaking on this is because “little” incidents like this will always lead to worse incidents or worse incidents have already occurred, I can only imagine since he was an older white guy.
OMG!! Mrs. Dale comes through every time! She is such a blessing to me, my friends, and church family! I can call at the last minute and she will deliver, or have it ready for pick-up! It's always perfect, just the way we order it! I definitely recommend this florist! It's hard to find someone so dedicated and takes the time to put LOVE in their product! Blessings to you and your staff!
I called yesterday to get flowers for my mother, and they were delivered by 9:30am this morning. The arrangement is absolutely stunning. I am completely blown away by the wonderful customer service and quality of flowers. You made my Mom's day, it's her 1st mother's day in 40 years we aren't together. They just moved to NC from MA. I will be calling you everytime I need flowers. Thank you
My Daughters order me flowers for Mother’s Day. She picked up a picture of the bouquet asked to have it just like the picture and payed for it. Went to pick up the rude lady couldn’t find the order after money were already pulled from account you Should see what’s I’ve received for $69 Small bouquet flowers are old and do not look anything like the picture not to mention another customer was in the shop arguing because he preordered and pay for pink carnations for the wife and they pretty much told him oh well we out of pink carnations after they took his money. Absolute worst never ever again.
Ordered flowers for a friend on Thursday before Mother’s Day. Went into the store and told the owner I wanted the arrangement I just saw a gentleman leaving with. Paid for them. She asked when I would like to pick them up, I said anytime. She said Saturday, I said that’s fine. She said they would be ready Saturday morning, I could get them anytime. I arrived at 1. The arrangement had not been made. I was asked if I had things I needed to do and could I come back later. I told them I was on my way to see my friend. I was told give them about 15 min. The flowers did not resemble what I told them I wanted. I have used this florist for years including 3 family members funerals. I won’t be back.
Do not order flowers for delivery! Ordered last night, they sent a confirmation saying my flowers would be delivered next day, for Valentines Day. I had to call them personally to find out what was going on. They claimed they had called, but left no messages. Just read another review from a year ago, about them pulling the same stunt! Terrible! If I would have known last night, could have ordered somewhere else. Thanks for ruining my mother's surprise Dale's Florist.
