After $2000 in repairs and three3 weeks without my Ford Flex the vehicle was given back to me and the work they did failed on the drive home. Hostile towards customer. Dale's is NOT a good place to have ANY work done. I will add all three bill of sales and let you decide. First charge was $264 just to install a Tow Hitchpurchased separately. You decide. Thanks
