Great selection. Professional fitting, most importantly patient and empathetic to every customer that was in the store. My brother is here from chicago and has joberts syndrome all his shoes for the last 5yrs come from Dales. Bought 3 pairs and they are replacing the velcro on two shoes bought previous years. The gentleman who assisted him was empathetic and kind. Can't get this experience online!!

This is a Great shoe store. Wide variety of footwear, and they carry narrow widths. Excellent personalized service, and the SAS shoes we purchased are extremely comfortable.

So glad that Matthew helped me with my insert mold & the proper sizing of my feet for good supportive brooks sneakers. Like their new location too!

Very good staff who were very accommodating and patient with my elderly father. I appreciate how the sales women went above and beyond. I will pay a little more for such kind and almost unheard of customer service.

I always come here to see the experts when me or my boyfriend need comfortable and durable shoes for work or walking because they will take the time to size your feet and ask you what your needs are and find you the right shoe within your budget. Don't waste your time or money going to any other shoe store or you will eventually be looking for another pair of shoes and wish you came here first!

Dale’s Shoes has the best pedorthics in Volusia County. They also do amazing job at repairing your shoes. My dog ate my dress shoes which was over $500 and they were able to repair it like brand new.

We have been shopping at Dale's shoes for 20 plus years, visited the new location and its very nice even better the quality of customer service is still PERFECT!!!

Very unhappy with this shoe store. This is the first time I've ever written a bad review. But, the salesperson was more interested in making a sale then selling me what I needed and wanted. I wanted to purchase a pair of sandals that I had worn in the past and was very happy with. The salesperson talked me into a pair of sandals that were too big for my feet. I also purchased a pair of shoes. Again he talked me into a shoe that is too small for my feet. I wasted my money and would have been better off at a discount shoe place. The danger in listening to someone who works on commission.
