Our family would like to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation to the staff at the Daleiden Mortuary. In short, we experienced such grief at the loss of Mary Russ Wife of 61 years, Mother, Grandmother that we needed help in coordinating the visitation, funeral mass and burial ceremony....the staff was there every step of the way and did not miss any details. They were gracious, thoughtful and responsive to ALL of our needs. We would highly recommend them for anyone going through a similar situation.......the Daleiden Mortuary is "Best in Class"!
The Daleiden Mortuary went the extra mile to make our family feel comfortable at every aspect of the services. The loss of a loved one should only be handled by professionals who have the compassion and empathy to provide the comfort you need to get through this hard time. I would recommend them to anyone, so thank you Daleiden Mortuary your awesome!
We were assisted by Jim and Steve. Both gentlemen were very helpful. We dealt primarily with Steve. Steve was knowledgable, attentive and very responsive. He kept us informed every step of the way and exhibited a real desire to help us navigate through the process. Steve was kind and compassionate and our family is very grateful for his assistance.
We want to thank the Daleiden Mortuary and specifically Stacie for all the kindness, expert work, and care they showed with the preparation and burial of a loved one. He looked handsome at the viewing which was remarkable given his long illness. Stacie and the staff treated us like family. Hopefully we won't need their services for a long time, but when we do, we know who to call.
To inform others, My grandparents choose Daleiden Mortuary prior to their passing and picked their own things for their services. My grandmother passed peacefully at home on a Tuesday and layed to rest same week Friday. When arriving for wake my grandmothers face looked like the joker character my family now forever have this vision of her thanks to Daleiden . Lastly pictures were given to office days prior to have put up on looping digital screens. Not only did Daleiden fail to tell us the person that was suppose to be in office that handles that wasn’t in office and never informed us that pics would not be on display. Do not use this place, in the past was different generation owners and took pride in their work and serving families. Unfortunately currently that is not the case.
The Daleiden Mortuary did an outstanding job handling the visitation and funeral of my mother who recently passed. I have personally known every member of the Daleiden family for the past four decades and can say with all sincerity they treated us as if we were members of their own family. The sterling reputation of the Daleiden Mortuary is in good hands with Stevie and Stacie and I have always recommended their services to anyone in the unfortunate position of losing someone close.
The Daleiden Mortuary and their staff have been exceptional during the most difficult times in our lives. As the Daleiden’s have made the arrangements for a number of our family members, most recently our Mother, they consistently exhibit the highest degree of professionalism while making everything perfect, easy and stress free. Their support, guidance and attention to detail made for a very personal experience for each of our loved ones. They truly do an amazing job in celebrating and memorializing the life of a loved one.
Absolutely compassionate and loving people. My grandmothers service back in July 2003 was the best for her. Her body was prepared for her presentation and she looked so peaceful. Never felt rushed and they were hands on with anything my family and I needed. I left it written, Daleiden will prepare me when I pass, I trust they will prepare myself and be supportive to my family when the time comes to go home to Jesus. Love this mortuary, great service and I trust them to execute the preparation of my family at the time needed.
10 stars to Daleiden Mortuary! The Daleiden family has blessed our family with love, kindness and professionalism for over 30 years. Daleiden Mortuary is and will always be our 1st and ONLY choice for saying goodbye to our faithfully departed. The entire staff made the process seamless; from receiving our first call to make church and funeral arrangements to the actual ceremonies, we truly felt a sense of comfort and peace. Thank you to everyone, especially Anastasia and Stevie Daleiden for caring so much about the details and providing such devotion to all of our services. God Bless you All!
Our Dad passed in December and then Our Mom passed last week and we had incredible experiences with both the services from Jim Phelps during both tributes to honor their lives and will always respect Daleiden Mortuary for their remarkable support! Thank you so much!
