A GUACAMOLE SCAM There seems to be a problem with their guacamole. When one orders guacamole, whether small or large, one expects guacamole. What one does not expect is a cup full of raw onions topped with a thin frosting layer of guacamole. A large cup of guacamole is $12.99. Imagine paying that much for a tablespoon of guacamole & raw onions. As this recent incident was my third incident this year, one can deduce that this is no error. I hate to say it, but this reads SCAM. They scam you into believing you have guacamole when what you have is raw onions hiding under a frosting of guacamole. When I asked the person, who took my order, if they could please ensure no onions in the cup, she said ok, but I still received a cup full of onions for $12.99. As for Ceasar Salad - you have to break down the ingredients because they put tomatoes in ceasar salad - ceasar salad is just Romaine Lettuce

THEY WILL NOT STAPLE TAPE OR SEAL BAG FOR ONLINE DELIVERIES. Spoke with the manager Shagur on 07/10/2023 at 6:10pm specifically called an asked for my purchase too please be stapled! Spoke with him/ team an pleaded for them to seal the delivery bag for the safest hygiene being that the bag being delivered though Ubereats..I spent $85 through Ubereats truly the LEAST THAT COULD BE DONE! The bag was delivered WIDE OPEN!! Everything exposed to God knows what!! An when I followed up to ask why, Manager Shagur had me on speak phone I’m guessing to make fun of my issue, after saying Sir I cannot hear you MULTIPLE TIMES I guess I was then taken seriously an FINALLY given the common decency and respect that anyone should receive after ordering a large amount of food! Please people be AWARE THAT THIS CAN HAPPEN TO YOU! I know that I ordered delivery but it’s up to the ESTABLISHMENT/ RESTAURANT too assure your delivery bag will be secure a safe they Did not!! Dietary restrictions: THEY WILL PUT YOUR HEALTH AT RISK BECAUSE THEY REFUSE TOO STAPLE OR SEAL DELIVERY BAG SO WHO KNOWS WHAT HAPPENS AFTER FOOD LEAVES FROM RESTAURANT

...the wing flavor was good but I feel like they could have been cooked just a little bit longer. They are huge though. I ordered my steak medium rare but I ended up with a medium to medium well steak. It wasn't that thick of a steak so it's understandable and the flavor was still good. The ribs were delicious. No complaints at all. The frozen drinks are the best thing there hands down. I spent somewhere around $180-$200 for three people including five drinks. It could have been a little better for how much I paid but my mom enjoyed her food and my cousin didn't have any complaints about his. Wheelchair accessibility: ...1st level accessibility...

I frequent BBQ because I love their drinks. Their food is ok as well. This last time, the server wasn't the best. It appears that when you go after 8:30pm, their tip is automatically on your bill so they don't put much effort and attention into ensuring all is well with your order and being satisfied as a customer. They must be aware of this behavior because they can receive more of a tip, rather than what is automatically suggested.

The food the customer service and the atmosphere was very impressive to say the least. The drinks are excellent.This particular location has parking which is very convenient. I had the new drink called the Tie-Dye Nutcracker which was excellent. The drink was a work of culinary art and extremely tasty. I’m looking forward to going back. I highly recommend this experience.

The hot wings were AMAZING & the drinks were pretty good. It’s a nice spot to go to for a family night out, date or even birthday. Can’t wait to come back! It was about $150-$200 for 4 people, that includes an appetizer, drinks, and a regular meal.

In typical I love Dallas BBQ.. but this particular location I was on the fence about even giving a review. The food and drinks were awesome. Our server and host.. lovely...it's just the layout of the place. Beware of this location if you are a bathroom Gower in public spaces. Theirs is solely on the second floor and tho there is an elevator that is a freight box on cables... the stairs are super steep! If you have had a few drunks or have bad knees -like myself- or have an elderly or maybe with young kids.. I say take extra . Other than that it great! Wonderfully for a dinner and a movie location wise. Even after a full day of shopping to close off. Vegetarian options: There are a few things just be creative

I just came from the movies so I decided to get everything to go drinks worked out, the sticky tenders was delicious and crispyFood: 5/5

Chicken is probably your safest bet everything else is poorly made… Guac and chips were bad too much cilantro no flavor at all it was also served over lettuce which was weird…. Salmon was served over pita bread another weird combo everything was brought abit cold along with the shrimp it was disappointing given the fact that we waited about 10mins after being seated to get a waiter to our table. The server was nice but thankfully we ordered everything at once because we never saw him again til he asked us if we were ready for the bill. Drink was ok but not worth coming back. Coleslaw was ok , fries were bad could tell it was cooked in bad oil :/

I came here on a Monday afternoon for lunch. The place was not crowed at all which made it a more peaceful environment. Usually when they are crowed, it's a nightmare with the pop up amature low budget clientele mixed in with family diners. So as for the food, I ordered the Hennessey wings. The sauce had an unexplainable taste. Not sure what happened, but it was just purely not worth ordering form there. Hence wings is a new trend its only about 10 yrs+ old. Seinor kitchen staff/Chef needs to taste every sauce before its served for the day. Now, how can you totally fry 5 pices of chicken wings and all the wing tips are still cold? How does this work? Who is monitoring the food service here. The fried crab was ok; however, it is not worth the 11 dollars for the 6 little fritters. How can a major chain screw this one up, while chain stores can get them right. The Texas size drinks are always on point here so no complaints on the drinks. From my opinion, this place is not worth it, unless you come for drinks.
