Kate was amazing and extremely acknowledgeable. When you first walk in you get the feeling of comfort. I was scared to go into a Jewelry store, didn't want to get pressured to buy, however not at this location! My concerns were listened to and acknowledge. They had explained to me the difference in metals and help me understand what is best for ME! Absolutely recommend this location!
I do not give a business a 5 star rating unless it’s exceptional! This was definitely a 5 star!! I can’t say enough about the wonderful service, knowledge and care shown by both Rebekah and Ali at the Dallas location! They took time explaining details about my watch and provided great detail regarding several pieces of jewelry I took over. I was referred to this location by a friend and it did NOT disappoint! The jeweler who worked on my ring was fantastic!! He was meticulous with setting my stone and even came out to see the beautiful finished product on my hand! I was beyond impressed with the incredible service and have already made a trip back for an additional purchase!! The drive from Ft. Worth was totally worth it! If you want a trustworthy and honest jewelry store, shop DGSE!!
Amazing service from Dora, Mark, and Ali! I was treated impeccably by every member of staff from sales associate to watch repair specialist to manager. I came in to get some watch repairs done and to do some last minute Christmas shopping and left with more than I expected, some of the services were on the house—a wonderful example of the Christmas spirit of giving in practice. I am very grateful I chose them for my repairs.
Catherine was incredibly helpful in determining. The issues and help g us create a plan of repair for our ring and adjust a watch. We had a great experience working with Rebecca as well on a previous visit. 5 stars for great service and professionalism!
Kate went above and beyond to assist me and my fiancee in finding the perfect ring that fit perfectly in our budget. And boy did she succeed! The quality and price of my ring and the service we received from Kate and Dallas Gold & Silver Exchange can't be beat. She even managed to get the ring sized and returned in time for some planned photos- a week ahead of the usual wait time. Recommend 10/10 or in this case 5/5!, 100%, and an A+
As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted and directed to the right person. I had to sell a ring and Glenn Bryson made the process easy and simple. I received a fair price and was happy with my experience. Glenn provided great customer service, Thank you
Always receive the best attention & customer service. Today we were greeted & assisted by Dora & received friendly & personal service… As a footnote, we don’t trust anyone else with our jewelry repairs & we’ve been customers since 1994 still love my engagement ring purchased from Robert Burnside waaayyy back when they were located on Forrest Lane.
I dislike doing this but, I have to give this store a low review. I have been in a few times as both a buyer and seller to them and I see the same problems over and over. First, no one greets you when you enter. This may sound picky but the issue I keep having is no one is ever looking to help you. If your greeted, often that person is not busy and if you immediately know what you want for example selling a diamond then it’s very useful so you don’t have to flag someone. Moving past that point, when you are shopping this issue is still present. No one tries to help you or asks if you need anything. I get letting people shop and often people dislike being bothered but, if your eyes are farting around the store for 5 minutes looking for someone, hopefully someone will notice. Then when you get someone, they don’t really seem to actually want to help you. I have had a sales agent just leave me mid sale likely because they thought I wasn’t going to buy anything. As for selling. In terms of diamonds, their prices are pretty bad. There are better places elsewhere. I took two here and they offered me $1000 less than the store up the road which in this case was about a 25% difference. They seem to offer about 15% of wholesale diamond prices in my opinion. Others complain on gold and silver buys which I agree they offer low. Overall, I understand poor service or low prices when your selling them something as that is the nature of the beast. However, if I am buying jewelry, or even just window shopping, then i don’t understand why this place always has the same problems
Ali, the GM went above and beyond to make sure my ring repair was rushed and back to me before I headed out of town. The ring was not ready before they closed, HOWEVER he offered to drive it out to us that evening which was an hour away. Personal service that I have not received at any other business. 5 STARS!!
Sherry has been my go-to girl here for over 15 years! My wedding ring is from here and all my most precious pieces are from here. My only place to shop jewelry. Sherry is nice, knowledgeable and lovely to work with.
