Dr. Kahn and his team as the best! The most attentive and caring medical team that I have had the opportunity to allow to take care of me since the onset of covid & it's complications. So many practices are short staffed and many lack the customer service like before covid came to town. So, to be in a medical environment around pleasant and caring people is a breath of fresh air! Kierra at the front desk...such a professional that greets you with a smile and hello each time I go to the office. Melissa....such a knowledgeable medical professional that will go the extra mile to make sure that you get the answers so that you better understand all the medical jargon. And Dr. Kahn....is never too busy of rushing patients in and out. He takes the time to talk with his patients to make sure that we understand before a procedure, during and after. I could not ask for a better team that has to put me to sleep anesthesia that I trust will take great care of me. Ms. Barb
Dr. Khan is a D.O. which to me translates to "he listens". He's the only Dr. that stopped my severe pain and I've been very happy with his services and staff the entire time. In August, I stupidly made the horrendous mistake of trying a new Doctor at Texas Back Institute one month before needing my injections I was about to travel to Chicago and Denver for weddings and was crying from pain. He didn't listen to me or my history, refused to schedule the injections until all insurance approvals were received, submitted the wrong injection order, and to make matters worse did not adequately or timely resolve questions from the insurance company even after 4 weeks. THIS WOULD NEVER HAVE HAPPENED WITH DR. KHAN. In fact, when I returned to Dallas, I went to Dr. Khan, traumatized by my experience. He immediately scheduled the injections, even before insurance approval and within ONE WEEK the injections were approved by the insurance company. Please do yourself a favor and stick with Dr. Khan and his outstanding team. And never try anywhere else! I deeply apologize to Dr. Khan for exploring another provider. What a complete waste of time, energy, and stress. You and your team ROCK. I'd give you TEN stars if this app would let me!
I just went here but this guy and his staff jumped right on it. The pain was horrible. Got an MRI and he said I needed to see a surgeon today, but he was going to give the injection to try and calm the nerves in my back. It did help, but there is still a good deal of pain. But the fact he did what he could and got me to the surgeon immediately tells me he is truly doing everything he can to help me. I am so grateful. I do regret that I gave the nurse manager a hard time while there. She was just trying to do her job and I let my pain get the best of me. The team in the sedation and procedure room was awesome as well. I honestly felt like I was in very good hands. I don't know how it would be possible for this experience to have been any better considering the circumstances.
Thanks to Dr. Khan I am able to lead a normal life. Dr. Khan understands pain. He is easy to talk to and truly cares for his patients. In addition he gives painless shots!
Dr. Kahn and his staff is exceptional. I've never met a more compassionate caring dr and human being. Thank you so much you truly changed my life.
