In our first deals, we purchased several properties in our niche community of North Knoxville that needed renovations to increase the value and net operating income.
In our future deals, we will focus on entering the multifamily commercial market taking our skills and relationships we have acquired and multiplying the success.
To ensure profitability we focus on detailed analysis from available resources and expert professionals before acquisition because we know that future profits are secured in due diligence phase. Knowing that the profits are from wise acquisitions and that all acquisitions are not the same we strategize win – win deals based on real numbers and due diligence. After acquisition, it is our goal that we will execute our plan to raise the net operating income by 5-10% in the first 18 months by managing the property first hand. After our goal is accomplished, and the NOI is raised we will begin looking for the next acquisition and transition the current investment into professional management who can sustain the income and cash flow.
