DAMNIT’S BBQ brisket slices have a hearty smoke ring with a hefty crust and a great level of smoke and exemplary texture & our BBQ ribs have layers of well-rendered fat which marry perfectly with the meat and rub to create a moist and vibrantly flavor.
Barbecue runs deep in the veins of this family. Any given cookout you may find Ken out filling bellies, serving up ’cue with a side of sass to loyal customers with his wife, kids or grandkids helping out.
