Needed a gold chain for a cross that I had. The lady working was very helpful. I did not realize that gold was so high but I gladly paid the price to be able to wear that cross again. Think I'm going to be buried in it though.

What a fantastic surprise this little shop was! They had my ring fixed up and like brand new in 2 days! Repairs and rhodium plating are done on-site. They were friendly and knowledgeable, and their jeweler does great work!

The older lady is not friendly at all. She acted like she would rather be scrubbing toilets then waiting on me. They have a very limited stock. When I told the lady I was shopping for a 20 year old she said our stuff is too high class for that. She made my mom feel so uncomfortable she couldn't leave the store fast enough. Good Costumer service is important to me and that definitely wasn't good service. I will not be going back there.

Great Service. bought my wifes ring here in 1995, upgraded 24 yrs later and a few watches over the yrs. had a few watches repaired as well.
