until now they cannot figure out how to make my insurance from full coverage to liability only what ever my reason is doesn’t matter right? i am their consumer for the past 7yrs which is im the one who pays them to fix everything i wanted for my vehicle but i will still give them a chance to proved that they are a good insurance company to be trustedwill gave them 1week to call meand if nothing happen after that i will definitely take action trust me this is what im good at

DONT GO TO THIS INSURANCE AND ESPECIALLY AT THIS LOCATION!!! Worse customer service that I have even seen! To basically get a quote on a vehicle, you need to give any and all information about yourself and blood type, and height and weight, and eye color and social security, and all over every member of your family! To get a quote for a new vehicle, it should not take no more then 30 seconds! And if you don't like what you are hearing, you'll get these rude remarks from these rude employees, " you don't know what you're talking about, you don't work here!" wow I really feel appreciated being a member here!

Geico agents at the Pleasant Hill location are knowledgeable and keep on top of insurance matters for their clients. They watch out for price changes at policy renewal time and always come up with competitive options.

Monica Arroyo was extremely helpful. I have a disability and need things explained to me. She was very thoughtful and helpful and went the extra mile for me. As far as I'm concerned employee of the year.

I had a wonderful customer service experience with agent Patricia Q. I had done my research on a new auto policy and decided to purchase from Geico. I had made a mistake in my research though, and the rate was higher than I thought it would be, however, Patricia found a way to reduce the premium price we raised a deductible and she saved me approximately $200 a year. She was courteous, she was smart, and she was professional. I'm very happy to be with Geico.

Stephanie is the best. Not only did she help me renew my policy when there was nothing in it for her but she took the time to make sure the policy was just the way I like it. Thank you so much. Wish some of your company managers had the same customer service skills.

Absolutely amazing!! My fiance and I are beyond happy with our decision to switch to Geico Insurance and let's not forget about the fantastic customer service! Patricia is so helpful and really made me feel welcome and I just moved here so that means a lot to me and I cannot express enough how insightful she was to us by telling us all the options we had. I totally recommend Geico for any kind of insurance needs, and yes, they offer insurance for almost everything. I'm so happy we chose them!
