No communication and I suffered for a long time with no settlement and still no payment months later. When I call, they have no explanation and are no help and my life hasn’t been the same since the accident. I highly regret going with this firm
My experience with Dan Crane's office was great after my accident I had to go to therapy which wasn't a dragged-out process at all. Every case is different but for me, within 6 months I was compensated for my pain and injuries.
Dan and his team were amazing and thorough. They called me back the day I called them, and were always responsive with any questions or concerns. They helped me get through an unfortunate accident, and fought for the results when the insurance company wasn’t pulling through.
Robbers!!! This law firm didn’t contact me at all, they handled my case like products on an assembly line. In the beginning, a young man was my case manager who was nice and gave me all incorrect info, so we had to do everything over. Then, I said I didn’t want them to rep me anymore. Mr C**** himself then called me and promised me that because I was a mom with four kids and my two kids were in the car with me, and the fact that I was getting lowballed, that he would discount his fees instead he charged me 5,000$ even though I fired them and settled out with the insurance company myself. He also convinced me to “trust him”, he’d make them give me more money because my two young children were really suffering , not bodily injury wise but trauma wise, he said he’d get them to raise the settlement some more. After another month of NO CONTACT and rudeness from attorney W******, I made it clear I didn’t wanna deal with them anymore. So he called me and reminded me that I know nothing about case law and couldn’t do it on my own, and FINALLY released me. After all of that he still said he’d discount his fees and ended up taking his 1/3!!! It’s ok I guess everybody get theirs but I thought your lawyer was supposed to fight for you, they fought for themselves and the dr. They didn’t care if I got pennies after they got paid!! Not to mention everyone who I spoke with was cold, rude, and reminded me of my lack of law knowledge every step of the way. You better know your stuff before you get involved with them, including your rights. Other firms stated I should’ve been given way more for my case but the damage was already complete.
Dan was amazing helping my family. I was always able to contact him whenever necessary & he was very personable. He made everything in the process a breeze! Would definitely recommend him to everyone!

I’m working with this law firm, and it’s taking awhile but the adjuster over my case is low balling me. But Dan assured me that he has my back all the way. An old lady ran the stop sign and ran straight into me and my son, the insurance company got my vehicle fixed with no problems but they don’t won’t to pay for our pain and suffering. Dan is working to get me what I deserve.
Just recently received my settlement, could not be happier! The entire staff from top to bottom was so great to work with. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family moving forward! Thank you guys for everything.
