I don't generally leave a bad review unless I feel it is warranted. First off, I will give three stars because in the first few years I was with this agent, they were wonderful. However in the last year when I'd call in with an issue, they would tell me they'll look into it and call me back or take my info and have someone call me back. No one would call me back. This happened a few times. I finally felt like they no longer valued me as a customer so I decided to take my business elsewhere. I called in to cancel 10 days before my new premium was to begin.  I gave both verbal & written notice of cancellation as they requested and also let them know what date I would like for the policy to cancel out. A couple of weeks later I got a bill saying I now owe for 2 months so I had to call in again to make sure my policy was cancelled. They finally took care of it. I got a notice in the mail yesterday that my policy has been canceled for nonpayment. I was like "What?! That's not true!" My policy was cancelled because I called in and I canceled it because I switched providers and I gave plenty of notice. I'm sure the new insurance provider sent proof of that as well. I always paid my bills on time so I felt that notice was absurd. I was not happy. They also sent one last bill so now I have to call in once again to find out what I'm being charged for since I shouldn't have been charged for anything.  That is my experience with this agent. If they had ever called me back,   I'd probably still be with them.

Sunni and her team are amazing. They are honest about if they can beat a quote or price. They are quick to get back to you and answer any questions. Highly recommend.

Didn’t end up going with farmers but Maria A. was amazing & helpful. She helped explain some things regarding auto insurance and truly went above and beyond for me. She showed so much compassion & guidance during a confusing and overwhelming time first time car buyer.  The customer service was amazing and I believe Sunni & her team truly care about their clientele!

I would like to thank all the staff for being very kind and courteous during the last few times i have spoken with them. There customer service is awesome. They are excellent at explaining you insurance in detail compared to others just wanting your money and you out of their office!! Thanks Everyone who works in her office and Sunni herself!

Sunni is a great agency owner and can meet any needs of a customer. She has a very knowledgeable staff has been one of the best agents in TX for many years. She was selected as one of the top 1% agency owners and is a member of Presidents Council. In short, this means she is as professional as they come. You will not be disappointed in calling her for your insurance needs.

Sunni Boenker and her staff are very courteous and Knowledgeable!! I met them at the Oktoberfest and they helped me save money on our house, auto and motorcycle policies!!! We are currently getting life insurance quotes for my husband and I. I Highly recommend Sunni and her staff!!! Also let me add they have the "BEST" hours!!!
