We had an appointment for 11am the day of my wedding for a hair wash and style. We sat in the lobby until 11:30 when our stylist came out and said she still had one person ahead of us and that it would be around a half hour longer. Very disappointed in the service here. We made an appointment for a reason. I did not even get to have my hair done on my wedding day because our stylist was running an hour behind schedule. Would not recommend going to this salon if you have anything else to do that day at a certain time.Service: Hairstyling

We were planning to use them for bridal hair, make up, and nails. They did a practice run and we signed a contract. Less than 3 weeks prior to the wedding, we called to ask about a schedule for the event and they told us they had canceled our event. They claimed they had been trying to get a hold of us for months as they would be unable to do nails. The correct number was listed on the contract, but we never received any phone calls or emails from them. They left us in a huge bind scrambling to find a new stylist at the last minute. This place ruined my hair. I don’t want to give a bad review, but I am so terribly upset about my hair that I have to share my experience. My hair was in perfect condition before I went here; blonde, short bob, hombre style. The blonde was growing out so I wanted to bump it up and lighten it as well. The woman who did it first fried it to pieces and left an uneven line near my roots. I gave her my honest feedback, but she just wanted to argue with me and insist that it’s what I wanted. They offered for me to come back with a different stylist, free of charge. They cancelled on me. I finally went back today to get it “fixed” and it did not come out how I wanted it at all. Not even close. Maybe it looks better, but it’s NOT what I wanted and that’s just not ok, in my opinion. It’s my hair. Overall, they were NOT at all sympathetic or apologetic. I felt like it was my fault, but it’s not. I shouldn’t feel this way. Nobody should ever leave a “high end” salon in tears. They ended up dying my roots back to my natural color so that it looks just how it did before I got it done. Very, very disappointed. My hair is just ruined and I am devastated. They did not seem to care how this whole experience effected me at all and that’s why I’m sharing this, because I just feel like that is totally unacceptable. I’m not happy. I sent in a contract for a wedding and no one called me for months. Then I call two weeks before the date and they mention their scheduler tried to call me. I never got a single call so that is a complete lie. They are extremely unprofessional. No one seemed to care and they just went ahead and canceled my wedding hair. I paid for the trial and that money went to waste. I would not do business with them again.

Got my brows done there by Cyndi amazing job everytime. She makes sure you are comfortable the entire time. My brows are on point, highly recommended.

Response from owner: This client came in with severely damaged hair that was over bleached at home by a friend. When she stated what she was looking for, two of our top level, experienced designers told her that she would not be happy with the results and it was our professional recommendation NOT to have the service. She stated she "would take the risk". Our designer spent 4 hours on her hair, yet she expected not to pay because it turned out they way she was told it would. It is impossible to reverse the damage caused after a very bad job done at home by a non-professional. She then left a negative comment about our business. I was very scared to get my hair done but I'm glad I did it! I got Taylor as my hair stylist and she was great! She listened very well and made me feel totally comfortable.

Fantastic experience. Had an appointment with the owner, who was LOVELY. I wasn’t sure how to make what I wanted happen colorwise, but after we talked she had a plan and I walked out with exactly what I wanted actually better she’s the pro ; Would recommend to friends/family.
