A dance fitness class designed to make you sweat! Class consists of energetic, exciting, and fun dance routines choreographed to the latest and greatest Bollywood hits. Moves that target your abs, hips, thighs, strengthen your core and improve flexibility. All combined into a high intensity interval training routine to give you a total body makeover! So put on your dancing shoes and get ready to dance your way to fitness Bollywood style. Light weights of 3 lbs or less maybe used. Bellydance coin scarves/belts may be used.
DJEMBEL : This is the future of dance fitness. Based on core movements in african dance fitness with the latest in sounds of rhythms from Africa and elements of the Caribbean. 3 Lbs or less hand weights may be used.
