There’s nothing we love more than sharing our dang BBQ with our Islip neighbors. That’s why, when it comes to our food, we’re all about those bold flavors that really pack a punch. We smoke our meat for half the day to give it that strong, mouthwatering taste customers love -- and that’s just where the fun starts. As we were creating our menu, we said to ourselves: Go big or go home. So we went big. Really big. Just flip to the Academy Award Worthy Sammiches section of our menu for proof (the Farm-A-Geddon, anyone?). These are monster sammiches you need both hands for. We didn’t stop there, though. Even some of our milkshakes are truly decadent -- The King comes with a candied bacon swizzle stick. Now that sounds like a dang good meal to us.
