it was fast the lady was very helpful in picking out my husbands wedding band. definitely understands military life styles and was very respectful. the only thing I didn't like was she tried to get me to replace my engagement ring with one that would work with a wedding band at her store. but she's just trying to do her job. not very expensive for the Warranty and got in and got out in no time at all.

Poor Customer service. Short lady with short gray hair Did not want to help me in buying a diamond ring. I ask for pricing and she was not interested in helping. I end up going to Escondido where they were super friendly and willing to answer all my questions. I bought the ring that I wanted for my future wife.

Your salesperson named Leni A on my recipt lied straight to my face. Said I could get a refund on the item I was purchasing. She was rushing my to sign the recipient so I wasn't able to read it, called customer support and they got an attitude and said fine reach the manager if you even can then hung up. I bought the ring three days ago and they are holding onto it to resize it. I have not even had the ring in my posession. This purchase is 1,700 DOLLARS This is going to end up ugly if someonr does not explain to me about this or talk to me. For your own sake, stay away from this store, everything is more expensive than it really costs and in the same mall you can get much better jewelry where I'm sure the workers won't lie to you and the customer service won't literally hang up on you.

Have had good experiences with staff. Sales usually pretty good. Great starting point to build credit. Bought a ring with defect during sale event for like 75% off.

Wasn't willing to help me at all. Because I didn't purchase a large expensive items. Sale girl pretty much told me she didnt have time, I asked could she call another store to see if the item I was requesting was there she was annoyed, so I went to the other location on mission Ave and they were very helpful and purchased was made

The lady named Letty was being extremely rude to my mom. When we were there, this coming from a 15-year-old. Just messed up, and my sister went and the same lady was being rude .

Would rate negative stars if possible. Came in for a replacement band on a simple amethyst rectangle gem only to get it back chipped in 3 places. One from the shoddy craftsmanship holding the stone in 'place' and the other 2 from the frame if the new setting due to it being for an oval shipped gem. Had to completely replace the band do to the stone literally wiggling with every movement and lost 2 diamonds that was around it. When evaluated by another jeweller found out those were fake as well. Thank you for ruining a great grandmother's stone and memories while still paying over 300 for the 'work'.

This place is the worst. The customer service is rude. I went to get my ring resized and when I went to pick it up it was tight. Her response was that I needed to lose weight because I just had a baby. Will never go back and would definitely not recommend.
