Picked up got it home and next day went to fill it up no plug. Kind of dirty also. Went bought plug but when you throw ball it needs welded not glued like someone did. Lost a ball but will gladly pay for it and never rent there again

We have a large community event coming up. I have been emailing back and forth about blow up games. Went in Friday, the staff was so nice, answered all my questions, itemized my receipts for me, and took care of everything I needed. They were so easy to work with! Deff will use again

Several weeks before my daughter's wedding, I ordered and paid in full for 4 columns and 1 easel. When we went to pick the order up, they only had 2 columns ready so we had to wait while they dug out two more and of course fill out a new invoice without even an I'm sorry for your time. When our decorater set a hand painted canvas on the easel, the easel which was well-scratched and worn fell apart and poked a hole in the canvas. When I told them about it, their attitude was so what? When one of the columns came in, there was some minor damage to the bottom corner. It looked like a dog had chewed it. The column had been in our truck, the church, and back in our truck... We simply cannot think of anyway it could have been damaged unless there church has a guard Chihuahua at night. The lady was extremely angry and of course kept our deposit while not even apologizing for our canvas. My advice is just buy your own stuff at Hobby Lobby and sell it later. But if you do rent, take pictures of everything before you leave the shop with it and kiss your deposit goodbye.

Wedding planning. Check. Tools for jobs big and small. Check. Excellent customer service. Check. Managed by Susan. She was amazing. If you stop by, ask for her. She doesn't mess around, and if she can't get it, she will likely tell you where you can find it. She even called a competitor for me and got me the tool I needed. Best part? They have an ice machine where I can buy ice I keep an ice chest in my truck and they assist you in loading that, too. Pleasant experience across the board.

I rented tablecloths from there not know really how expensive it was going to be for my wedding. For 30 tablecloths it came out to be four hundred something and later I spoke to a friend who said I could buy it off linentablecloths for way cheaper. So I call them to cancel my order and I figured I wouldn't get my deposit but on top of that they take 25 percent of your money off of what you spent. That's ridiculous. So upset. That's the dumbest thing ever. Never get ripped off by them

Rude staff, high rental prices, but where else can we rent from?! If someone else opens a store like this one , but had fair prices and educated staff, these guys wouldn't be in business.
